11 – ABWAAB SALAATIL KHAUF – NAMAZ-E-KHAUF SE MUTAALIQ AHKAAM-O-MASAAIL

Baab: 1- Namaz-e-Khauf Ka Bayaan

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai: “Aur jab tum jameen mein safar karo to tumhare liye Namaz qasar karne mein koi harz nahi hai, khususan jab tumhein andesha ho ke kaafir tumhein tashwish mein daal denge kyunki kaafir to bila shuba tumhare khule dushman hain. Aur jab Aap musalmano mein maujood ho aur unhein (jangi haalaat mein) Namaz padhane ke liye khade ho to ek giroh Aapke saath Namaz ke liye khada ho aur wo apne hathyaar paas rakhein, jab ye giroh sajda kar chuke to pichhe hat jaye aur dusra giroh jisne abhi tak Namaz adaa nahi ki aage aaye aur Aapke saath Namaz adaa kare, unhein bhi chahiye ke wo apna dafa’a ka saamaan aur hathyaar apne saath rakhein. Kaafir chahte hain ke tum apne hathyaaron aur saamaan dafa’a se gaafil ho jao taake wo tum par yakbaargi hamla kar de, haan! Koi harz nahi agar tum baarish ki wajah se ya bimari ki bena par hathyaar pahanne mein takleef mehsus karo to unhein utaar sakte ho, phir bhi apne bachao ka pura pura khayal rakho, Allah Ta’ala ne yakinan kaafiro ke liye ruswa karne wala ajaab tayar kar rakha hai.”

[942] Imam Az-Zuhri r.a.. se (raawi-e-hadees) Shuaib ne puchha: Kya Nabi ne Namaz-e-khauf padhi hai? Unhone jawab diya: Mujhe Saalim ne khabar di ke Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a.. ne farmaya: Main ek dafa Nabi ke hamraah najd ki taraf jihaad ke liye gaya. Jab hum dushman ke saamne saf aara huye to Rasoolullah hamein Namaz padhane ke liye khade huye. Ek giroh to Aapke saath khada hua aur dusra giroh dushman ke muqable mein data raha. Phir Rasoolullah ne apne hamraah giroh ke saath ek ruko’o aur do sajde kiye. Iske baad ye log us giroh ki jagah chale gaye jisne Namaz nahi padhi thi. Jab wo aaye to Rasoolullah ne unke saath bhi ek ruko’o aur do sajde adaa kiye aur salaam pher diya. Phir unmein se har aadmi khada hua aur ek ruko’o aur do sajde apne apne taur par kiye.


 

Baab: 2- Paidal Aur Sawaar Ho Kar Namaz-e-Khauf Padhna

[943] Hazrat Naaf’e se riwayat hai, wo Hazrat Ibne Umar r.a. se mujaahid ke qaul ki tarah bayan karte hain ke jab musalmano ki dushman se mudbher ho jaye to khade khade hi Namaz padh lein. Albatta Hazrat Ibne Umar r.a. ne Nabi se ye izafa bayan kiya hai: “Agar dushman jyada ho to musalman khade khade ya sawaar ho kar, yaani jis tarah bhi mumkin ho sake Namaz padhein.”


 

Baab: 3- Namaz-e-Khauf Adaa Karte Waqt Ek Doosre Ki Hifazat Ka Khayaal Rakhna

[944] Hazrat Ibne Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, Unhone farmaya ke ek dafa Nabi Namaz ke liye khade huye to log bhi Aapke saath khade ho gaye. Jab Aapne Takbire Tahrima kahi to unhone bhi Aapke saath Takbire Tahrima kahi. Phir Aapne ruko’o kiya aur logo mein se chand ek ne ruko’o kiya, phir Aapne sajda kiya to unlogo ne bhi Aapke saath sajda kiya, phir jab Aap dusri raka’at ke liye khade huye to wo log bhi Aapke hamraah khade ho gaye jinhone sajda kar liya tha aur wo apne bhaiyon ki hifazat karne lage, chunanche dusra giroh aaya aur unhone Aapke hamraah ruko’o aur sajda kiya. Sab log Namaz mein the lekin log ek dusre ki hifazat kar rahe the.


 

Baab: 4- Qil’on Par Chadhayi Aur Dushman Se Muqable Ke Waqt Namaz Ka Bayaan

Imam Auzay’i r.h. ka bayan hai ke agar fatah qareeb ho aur mujahidin Namaz padhne par qaadir na ho sake to har mujahid alag alag ishare se Namaz padhe. Agar ishaare se bhi padhne ki qudrat na ho to Namazko mo’akkhir kar dein yahan tak ke ladayi ka faisla ho jaye aur mujahidin mehfooz ho jayein to phir do raka’at adaa karein, agar do raka’at padhne ki fursat na hoto ek ruko’o aur do sajde kar lein, agar is par bhi qaadir na ho to unhein mahaz “Allahu Akbar” kahna kaafi nahi hoga balke aman ke waqt tak usey mo’akkhir kar dein, makhaul ta’abayi ka bhi yahi qaul hai.
Hazrat Anas bin Maalik r.a. bayan karte hain ke main subah raushni mein qila tastar par chadhayi ke waqt wahan maujood tha. Ladayi ki aag khub bharak rahi thi to log Namaz na padh sake. Jab din chadh gaya us waqt subah ki namaz padhi gayi. Abu Musa Ash’ari bhi saath the phir qila fatah ho gaya. Hazrat Anas r.a. ne kaha ke us din jo Namaz hamne padhi (go wo sooraj nikalne ke baad padhi) us se itni khushi huyi ke saari dunya milne se itni khushi na hogi.

[945] Hazrat Jaabir bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai, Unhone farmaya ke gazwa-e-khandak ke din Hazrat Umar r.a. tashreef laye aur kuffar quraish ko bura bhala kahte huye kahne lage: Allah ke Rasool! Main Namaz-e-Asr nahi padh saka taanke sooraj guroob ke qareeb ho gaya. Nabi ne farmaya: “Allah ki qasam! Main abhi tak Namaz-e-Asr nahi padh saka hoon.” Uske baad Aap waadiye buthaan mein utre, wuzu kiya aur sooraj guroob hone ke baad Namaz-e-Asr adaa ki aur uske baad Namaz-e-Maghrib padhi.


 

Baab: 5- Jo Dushman Ki Talaash Mein Nikle Ya Dushman Uski Talaash Mein Ho To Uska Sawaari Par Ishaare Se Namaz Padhna

Hazrat Waleed bin Muslim bayaan karte hain ke maine Imam Auza’yi r.h. se Hazrat Sarhabeel bin Samat aur unke saathiyon ke sawaari par Namaz padhne ka zikr kiya to unhone farmaya ke jab Namaz ke qaza hone ka andesha ho to uska hukm hamare nazdik aisa hi hai. Hazrat Waleed bin Muslim is maukuf ki ta’aeedmein Nabi ka darj jel irshaad pesh kiya karte the: “Tum mein se koi bhi Namaz-e-Asr Bani Qareeza ke alaawa kahin na padhe.”

[946] Hazrat Ibne Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, Unhone kaha ke Nabi jab gazwa khandak se wapas huye to hamein hukm farmaya: “Koi bhi Namaz-e-Asr Banu Qareeza ke alaawa kahin aur na padhe.” Chunanche ba’az logo ko raaste mein Asr ka waqt aa gaya to kuchh ne kaha ke hum to Banu qareeza pahuch kar Namaz padhenge aur kuchh kahne lage ke Rasoolullah ka maksad ye na tha ke hum Namaz qaza kar dein, lihaza hum to Namaz padhenge. Jab is waqiye ka zikr Nabi se hua to Aapne kisi ko malaamat na ki.


 

Baab: 6- Bawaqt-e-Jung Allahu Akbar Kahna Aur Namaz-e-Fajr Munh Andhere Padhna, Neez Gaarat Giri Aur Ladayi Ke Waqt Namaz Adaa Karna

[947] Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah ne Namaz-e-Fajr subah sawere munh andhere padhi phir sawaar huye, uske baad farmaya: “Allahu Akbar, Khaibar weeraan ho gaya, yakinan jab hum kisi qaum ke maidan mein utarte hain to tanbiya karda logo ki subah bahut buri hoti hai.” Chunanche wo log, yaani yahudi gali kucho mein ye kahte huye daurne lage: Muhammad apne lashkar samet aa gaya. Bahar haal Rasoolullah ne unpar fatah haasil ki, jungju logo ko qatl kar diya, aurto aur bachcho ko qaidi bana liya, Hazrat Safiya r.a. wahya kalbi ke hisse mein aayin, phir Rasoolullah ke liye ho gayin jinse baad mein Aapne nikah kar liya aur unki aazaadi hi ko unka haq-e-mehar qarar diya.
(Raawi-e-Hadees) Abdul Azeez ne apne Shaikh Saabit se daryaft kiya: Aye Abu Muhammad! Kya tumne Anas r.a. se daryaft kiya tha ke Hazrat Safiya ka mehar aapne muqarrar kiya tha? Unhone jawab diya ke khud unhi ko unke mehar mein de diya tha. Kaha ke Abu Muhammad is par muskura diye.
