57 – KITAB FARZ UL KHUMUS.

BAAB 1 – KHUMUS KA FARZ HONA.

Hazrat Ali r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya ke ghazwa e Badar me ghanimat ke maal se ek oontni mere hisse me aayi aur ek oontni mujhe Nabi ﷺ ne qamas ke maal se ataa ki. Jab mera irada hua ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ki lakht e jigar Hazrat Syeda Fatima r.a ko nikaah ke baad apne ghar laau to maine tay kiya ke banu-qunaiqaa ke ek zargar ko apne saath loon aur ham dono azkhar ghaas laye. Phir mai is ghaas ko sunaro k haan frokht kar k iski qeemat se apne nikaah ka valeema karun. Mai in dono ountnio ka samaan, paalaan, thailey aur rassiyaan waghaira jama kar raha tha jabke meri woh dono ountniya ek ansari k makaan k paas baithi hui thi. Jab mai jama karda samaan lekar wapas aaya to kya dekhta hoon k meri dono ountnio k kohaan kaat liye gaye hai aur inke pet chaak kar k andar se inki kaleji bhi nikaal li gayi hai. Maine ye manzar dekha toh be-ikhtiyaar rone laga. Maine puchha : ye harkat kis ne ki hai ? Logo ne kaha k yeh Hamza Bin Abdul Mutalib ka fa’el hai aur woh iske ghar me sharabnoshi k liye chand ansaariyo k hamraah baithe hue hai. Mai wahan se chala aur seedha Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hua. Aapki khidmat me is waqt Zaid Bin Haaris r.a baithe hue the. Nabi ﷺ mujhe dekhte hi samjh gaye k mai kisi sadme se do chaar hoon , isliye Nabi ﷺ ne daryaft farmaya : “kya baat hai ? ” Maine arz kiya : Allah ke Rasool ! Mai ne aaj jaisa sadma kabhi nhi dekha. Hamza ne meri dono ountniyo par dast darazi ki hai aur isne dono k kohaan kaat daale aur pet chaak kardiye hai aur woh isi ghar me apne dosto k hamraah mainoshi ki majlees jamaye hue maujood hai. Nabi ﷺ ne yeh sunkar apni chader mangwayi aur ise zaib e tan kar k paidal chalne lage. Mai aur Hazrat Zaid Bin Harees r.a bhi Aapke saath ho liye. Jab is ghar pahunche jisme Hazrat Hamza maujood the to aapne andar aane ki ijazat maangi. Ander maujood tamaam logo ne Aapko ijazat de di. Kya dekhte hai k woh sab sharabnoshi me masroof hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ Hazrat Hamza ko inki karwayi par malamat karne lage woh to nashe me dhutt aur unki aankhen surkh ho chuki thi. Hazrat Hamza r.a ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ko dekha, phir nazar uthayi to Aapko ghutno tak dekha , phir nazar upar ki to Aapko naaf tak dekha , phir apni nazar ko upar uthaya toh Aapke chehre anwar par nigaah ko jama diya aur kehne lage : Tum to mere baap k ghulaam ho. Yeh haal dekh kar Rasool Allah ﷺ ne mehsoos kiya k wo nashe me dhutt hai to Aap wahin se ulte pau wapas aagaye aur hum bhi Aapke hamraah wahan se bahar aagaye.

Ummul momineen Hazrat Ayesha r.a. se riwayat hai, unho ne bataya ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ki lakht e jigar Hazrat Syeda Fatima r.a ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ki wafaat k baad Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique r.a se mutaaliba kiya ke inhe Rasool Allah ﷺ ke is turke se virasati hissa diya jaye jo Allah Tala ne Aapko bataur fai diya tha.

Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique r.a ne Hazrat Syeda Fatima r.a se kaha ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya tha : “Humara turka bataur wirasat taqseem nhi hota balke hum jo kuch chhodhe wo sadqa hota hai .” Syeda Fatima r.a yeh sunkar naraaz hui aur aapse tark e mulaqat kardi. Phir wafat tak inse na mili. Wo Rasool Allah ﷺ ke bad 6 maah tak zinda rahi thi.
Hazrat Ayesha r.a ne farmaya : Hazrat Fatima r.a Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a se apna woh hissa talab karti thi jo Rasool ﷺ ne khaiber , fadak aur Madina ke sadqaat se chhodha tha, taaham Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ko isse inkaar tha. Unho ne mazeed kaha k mai kisi bhi amal ko nahi chhodh sakta jise Rasool Allah ﷺ apni zindagi me karte the. Mujhe dar hai k agr mai ne Aapke hukum me se koi cheez bhi tarak kardi to seedhe raaste se bhatak jaounga. Hazrat Umar r.a ne apne daur e hukumat me Rasool Allah ﷺ ka Madina tayyaba me sadqa Hazrat Ali r.a aur Hazrat Abbas r.a ke supurd kardiya tha, Albatta khaibar aur fadak ki jayedaad ko Hazrat Umar r.a ne rok liya aur farmaya k yeh dono Rasool Allah ﷺ ke sadqe hai jo in hangami zaruriyaat k liye waqf hai jo aaye din pesh aate rehti hai aur inka intezaam o inseraam is shaqs ke hawale hoga jo khalifaye waqt ho, chunanche in dono jayedado ka mamla aaj tak isi tarha chala aaraha hai. Abu Abdullah ( Imaam Bukhari rh.a ) kehte hai ke ta’aruwuh ka lafz, khwah baab ifteaal se ho, ya mujarrid se iske maane pesh aane k hai. Is se ta’aruwuh aur i’atarani k alfaaz hai jinke maine pesh aana hai.

Hazrat Malik Bin Anas r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha : mai din chadhe apne ahalekhana k saath baitha hua tha k achanak Hazrat Umar bin Khattab r.a ki taraf se ek qasid mere paas aaya aur kaha : Ameer Ul Momineen Aap ko bula rahe hai. Mai is ke saath hi rawana hogaya hatta k Hazrat Umar r.a k paas hazir hua jabke Aap charpaayi k baan par baithe hue the. Is par koi gadda waghaira bhi nhi tha. Woh chamde ke takye par taik lagaye hue the. Maine salaam arz kiya aur baith gaya. Unho ne farmaya : Aye Malik ! Tumhari qaum k kuch log hamare paas aaye the. Maine kuch thoda sa maal inme taqseem karne ka hukm diya hai, Aap is par Qabza kar k inme taqseem karde. Maine arz kiya : Ameer Ul Momineen ! Agar aap mere alawa kisi aur ko hukum dete toh behtar tha. Unho ne farmaya: Allah k bande ! Tum ise apne qabze me kar k inme taqseem kardo.Mai inke paas hi baitha tha ke inka darbaan Yarfa aaya aur arz karne laga k Aap Hazrat Usman, Abdul Rahman Bin Auf , Zubair aur Saad Bin Abbi Waqas r.a ko ander aane ki ijazat dete hai ? Woh Aapke paas aana chahate hai. Unho ne farmaya : haan. Inhe ijazat de di to woh ander aaye. Unho ne salaam kiya aur baith gaye. Thodi der teherne k baad Yarfa phir aaya, isne arz kiya: Hazrat Ali aur Hazrat Abbas r.a ko bhi aane ki ijazat dete hai? Unho ne farmaya: haan. Inko ijazat di toh woh ander aaye, salaam arz kiya aur baith gaye.phir Hazrat Abbas r.a ne kaha: Ameer Ul Momineen! Mere aur iske darmiyaan faisla kar de in dono hazraat ka is k mutaliq tanazaa tha jo Allah Tala ne Banu Nazeer k amwaal me se apne Rasool ﷺ ko bataur fay diya tha. Hazrat Usmaan r.a aur inke saathiyoun ne bhi tayeed ki k Aye Ameer Ul Momineen ! Inme tasfiya karade aur ek ko dusre se araam pahunchaye. Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya: achcha to phir zara teheriye ! Mai tumhe is Allah ki qasam de kar puchhta hoon jiske hukum se aasmaan aur zameen qayam hai, kya tum jaante ho k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Ham Anbiya kisi k liye wirasat nahi chhodhte. Hamara turka logon k liye sadqa hota hai.” Aap ki muraad Rasool Allah ki zaat kareema thi ? Unho ne ba yak zubaan hokar kaha k waqayi Aapne aisa hi farmaya. Phir Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Ali aur Hazrat Abbas r.a ki taraf mutawajja hue aur farmaya : Mai tumhe Allah ki qasam dekar puchhta hoon , kya tum jaante ho k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne aisa farmaya tha ? ( unho ne arz kiya: bilashuba Rasool Allah ﷺ ne yehi irshaad farmaya thha.) Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya : mai tumhe iske mutaliq ( kuch wazahat se ) bayan karta hoon k Allah Tala ne is fay k maal me apne Rasool ﷺ ko khaas kiya, isme se Aapke alawa kisi ko kuch nahi diya , phir Aapne (ayat fay) tilawat farmayi: ” Allah Tala ne in me se apne Rasool par atya farmaya ,tum logo ne is par ount ghode nahi daudaye lekin Allah Tala apne rasooloun ko jis shakhs par chahe qabza de deta hai. Allah Tala har cheez par khoob qudrat rakhne wala hai.” Goya fay ka maal , khalis Rasool Allah ﷺ ka hi tha, Allah ki qasam ! Rasool Allah ﷺ ne ise tum se rok kar apne liye jama nahi kiya k khud ko tum par tarjeeh di ho balke Aapne woh fay ka maal bhi tumhe de diya hai aur tum par ise sarf kardiya hai. Ab in amwaal me se sirf yeh maal baaqi reh gaya hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ ka mamool yeh tha k woh is maal se apne aehl o ayyal par kharch karte the k is se saal bhar ka kharcha nikal kar baaqi maal wahan kharch kardete jahan Allah ka maal kharch hota hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ zindagi bhar aisa hi karte rahe. Mai tumhe Allah ki qasam de kar puchhta hoon kya yeh sahi hai? Sab ne kaha : ” Haan (sahih hai. )” phir aapne ( khususiyat k saath ) Hazrat Ali aur Hazrat Abbas r.a ko Allah ki qasam dekar puchha , kya tum bhi ise sahih khayal karte ho? (Unho ne kaha k haan aisa hi hai .) Iske baad Hazrat Umar r.a ne kaha : phir Allah Tala ne apne Nabi ﷺ ko wafat di to Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique r.a ne farmaya : Mai Rasool Allah ﷺ ka jaanesheen hoon aur unho ne yeh amwaal apne qabze me liye aur inme wahi amal kiya jo Rasool Allah ﷺ zindagi bhar karte rahe the. Allah tala khoob jaanta hai k Hazrat Abu Bakar is mamle me raastbaaz, nekukaar, hidayat yaafta aur haqq k taabe the. Phir Allah Tala ne Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ko wafaat dedi toh mai Abu Bakar r.a ka jaanasheen hua. Maine apni khilafat k do saal tak is jaageer par qabza rakha aur iske mutaliq wahi tarz e amal ekhtiyar kiye rakha jo Rasool Allah ﷺ aur Hazrat Abbu Bakar r.a karte the. Aur Allah Tala jaanta hai k maine is mamle se sadaqat ka daaman nahi chhodha nekukaar , hidayat yafta aur haq ka perukaar raha. phir tum dono harzaat mere paas aye aur guftugu karne lage . Tumhara mutaalba bhi ek aur mamla bhi ek tha. Aye Abbas ! Tum is liye aaye k apne bhatije ka hissa mangte the aur Hazrat Ali r.a isliye aaye k woh apni biwi ka hissa baap ki jayedaad se maangte the. Maine tum dono se kaha k Rasool Allah ﷺ ka irshaad girami hai : ” Anbiya wirasat nhi chhodhe. Inka turka sab sadqa hota hai .” Phir soch bichaar k baad mujhe munasib malum hua k woh maal (tauliyat k taur par) tumhe de doon, to maine tum se kaha : agar tum chahate ho toh mai is shart par ise tumhare hawale karta hoon k tum mujhe Allah ka ahad o paimaan do k tum is me wahi kuch karoge jo Rasool Allah ﷺ , Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a aur jo kuch mai ne ibteda e khilafat se ab tak kiya hai. Tum dono ne kaha tha k isko hamare hawale kardo , to maine is shart par ise tumhare hawale kardiya. Ab mai tumhe Allah Tala ki qasam de kar puchhta hoon k mai ne is shart par woh jaageer tumhare hawale ki thi ? Wahaan maujood tamaam logo ne kaha : Haan phir Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Ali aur Hazrat Abbas r.a ki taraf mutawajjah hue aur kaha k tumhe Allah ki qasam de kar puchhta hoon : kya maine woh maal is shart par tumhare hawale kiya tha ? Unho ne kaha: haan. Phir Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya: Ab tum mujh se iske khilaaf koi faisla talab karte ho ? Allah ki qasam! Jiske hukum se zameen o asmaan qayam hai , mai in amwaal me iske khilaaf koi faisla de nhi sakta. Agar tum iske intezamaat se aajiz aagaye ho to ise mere hawale kardo. Mai tumhari taraf se in amwaal k intezaam karne k liye kaafi hoon.

BAAB 2 : KHUMUS ADA KARNA DEEN KA HISSA HAI.

Hazrat Ibne Abbas r.a se riwayat hai, woh kehte hai k jab wafad AbdulQais aaya toh unho ne arz kiya : Allah k Rasool ! Hum is Rabiya qabile se taluq rakhne wale hai. Humare aur Aapke darmiyaan kuffar mizr hayal hai. Hum hurmat waale mahino k alawa Aapke paas hazir nhi hosakte. Hume koi aisa (jama’a) hukum bata de jis par hum bhi amal kare aur apne peechhey rehne waaloun ko bhi iski dawat de. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Mai tumhe chaar cheezo ka hukm deta hoon aur chaar baato se mana karta hoon,” Allah par imaan lana yeh hai k Allah Tala k ek hone ki gawahi di jaye..Aapne apne haath se ek giraah lagayi ( k ek to yeh hai aur baaqi yeh hai . Namaz padhna, zakaat adaa karna, maahe Ramzaan ke roze rakhna aur jo tum maal e ghanimat hasil karo is se Khumas adaa karna aur tumhe kaduu, naqeer , hantam aur mazfat me neend banane se mana karta hoon.

BAAB 3 – NABI ﷺ KI WAFAAT K BAAD AZWAAJ E MUTTAHERAAT KA KHARCHA ( KAHAN SE ADA HOTA THA ).

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : Mere waris mere baad ek dinaar bhi taqseem na kare balke mai jo cheez chhodh jaoun , isme se mere aamilo ki tankhwa aur meri biwiyoun ka kharcha nikal kar baaqi sab sadqa hai.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a se riwayat hai , unho ne farmaya : Rasool Allah ﷺ ki wafaat hui toh
mere ghar me koi aisi cheez nahi thi jo kisi jigar waale jaanwar ki khuraak ban sakti. Haan, kuch jau taak me rakhe hue the. Mai inhi se khaati rahi yahan tak ke kaafi arsa guzar gaya. Maine inhe napa toh woh jaldi khatam hogaye.

Hazrat Umer Bin Haris r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k Nabi ﷺ ne wafaat k baad apne hathyaar, ek safed khachar aur kuch zameen k siwa koi turka nahi chhodha tha.Aap ﷺ zameen bhi khud sadqa kar gaye the.

BAAB 4 – NABI ﷺ KI AZWAAJ E MUTTAHERAAT R.A K GHARO SE MUTALIQ JO MANQAUL HAI AUR GHARO KI JO NISBAT AZWAAJ MUTAHERAAT KI TARAF KI GAYI HAI ISKA HUKUM.

Nabi ﷺ ki zauja e mohatrama Hazrat Ayesha r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya : jab Rasool Allah ﷺ ka marz zyada hogaya to Aapne apni azwaaj e muttaheraat se ijazat talab ki k mere ghar me inki timaardaari ki jaaye to sab ne Aap ko is amar ki ijazat dedi.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a se hi riwayat hai k Nabi ﷺ ki wafat mere ghar me hui aur meri baari k din hui jabke Aapka ser mubarak meri gardan aur seene k darmiyaan tha. Allah Tala ne is aakhri waqt me mere aur Aapke thuk mubarak ko jama farmaya. Woh is tarha k Abdul Rahman r.a miswaak lekar hazir hue chunke Nabi ﷺ iske istemaal se kamzor the to maine miswaak ko pakda aur ise chabaya phir Aapko miswaak karayi.

Nabi ﷺ ki zaujaye Mohatrama Hazrat Safiyah r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne bayan kiya k woh Rasool Allah ﷺ ki ziyarat k liye aayi jabke Aap ramzaan k aakhri Àshre ka masjid me Aetekaaf Kiye hue the. Phir wo wapas jaane k liye uthhi toh Rasool Allah ﷺ bhi inke saath khade hogaye , yahan tak k masjid Nabawi k is darwaze k pas pahunch gaye jo Nabi ﷺ ki zoujaye Mohatrama Hazrat Umme Salmah r.a k darwaze k paas hai to in dono k paas se ansaar k do aadmi guzre. Unho ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ko salaam kiya phir jaldi se aage bardhne lage. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne inse farmaya : “Aaram se chalo. ( yeh meri biwi Hazrat Safiyah r.a hai ). Unho ne kaha : Allah k Rasool ! SubhanAllah. Aur in par yeh shak guzra. Tab Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “shaitaan , insaan ki ragao me khoon ki tarha phirta hai. Mujhe khatra laahaq hua k mubada tumhare dilo me koi badgumaani paida karde.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya : mai Hazrat Hafsa r.a k ghar k chhat par chardha to maine Nabi ﷺ ko dekha k Aap qible k taraf pusht aur shaam ki taraf muh kiye hue rafaye hajaat kar rahe the.

Hazrat Ayesha r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya: Rasool Allah ﷺ namaz asr aise waqt me adaa karte the jabke dhoop abhi inke hujre se nahi nikli hoti thi.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha : Nabi ﷺ ( ek martaba) Khutbah dene k liye khade hue to Aapne Hazrat Ayesha r.a ki rihayishgaah ki taraf ishara karte hue farmaya : “is taraf (mashriq ki jaanib ) se fitne barpa hoge , jahan se shaitaan ka singh tulu hota hai.”

Nabi ﷺ ki zauja e Mohatrama Hazrat Ayesha r.a ne farmaya : (ek din ) Rasool Allah ﷺ inke pas the k inho ne ek insaan ki awaaz suni jo Hazrat Hafsa r.a k ghar me dakhil hone ki ijazat maang raha tha. Maine arz kiya : Allah K Rasool ! Yeh shakhs Aapke ghar jaane ki ijazat maang raha hai to Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : ” Mera khayal hai yeh falaan shakhs hai jo Hazrat Hafsa r.a ka razayi chacha hai.” Neez farmaya : “raza’at har is cheez ko haraam kardeti hai jo nasab haraam karta hai.”

BAAB 5 – NABI ﷺ KI ZIRAH, APKE ASAA, PYAALE AUR ANGOOTHI KA BAYAN.

Hazrat Anas r.a se riwayat hai ke Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique r.a jab khalifa muqarar hue to unho ne inhe bahrain bheja aur inko yeh khat likh kar diya aur is par Nabi ﷺ ki mohar lagayi. Mohare nabuwat teen satar me thi : Mohammed ek satar, Rasool dusri satar aur lafz Allah teesri satar thi.

Hazrat Esa Bin Tohmaan r.a se riwayat , unho ne kaha k Hazrat Anas r.a ne baalo k baghair chamde ki do puraani jootiyaan hame dikhaayi jin par do tasme lage hue the . Iske baad Sabit Banani ne yeh hadeeth Hazrat Anas r.a k hawale se bayan ki k unho ne farmaya k yeh Nabi ﷺ ki paaposh(Shoes) mubarak hai.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k Hazrat Ayesha r.a ne ek pewand lagi hui chadar nikaal kar hame batayi aur farmaya : isme (isko odhhe hue) Nabi ﷺ ki rooh qabz ki gayi thi. Ek riwayat k mutabiq raweey e Hadees Abu Barda kehte hai k Hazrat Ayesha r.a ne ek mota tehband nikaal kar hame bataya jo Yamen me banta tha aur ek chadar jisku tum mulbada ( moti ya pewand lagi ) kehte ho. (Farmaya k yeh Rasool Allah ﷺ ki hai .)

Hazrat Anas Bin Malik r.a se riwayat hai k Nabi ﷺ ka payala toot gaya toh Aapne tooti hui jagah par chaandi ki taar laga kar ise jod liya tha. (Raweey e Hadith) Hazrat Aasim kehte hai k maine woh payala dekha aur isme paani bhi piyaa.)

Hazrat Ali Bin Hussain (Zain ul Abedeen) r.a. se riwayat hai k jab ham Hazrat Hussain r.a ki shahadat ki baad Yazeed Bin Muawiya ke paas se Madina tayyaba gaye to unho ne Masoor Bin Maqarama r.a se mile aur kaha k agar apko koi zarurat ho to mujhe hukum de ? Maine inse kaha : mujhe koi hajaat nhi. Hazrat Masoor r.a ne kaha : kya aap mujhe Rasool Allah ﷺ ki talwaar inayat farmayege ! Mujhe khatra hai mubaadah kuch log aapse baa-zor cheen le ? Allah ki qasam ! Agar wo aap mujhe de denge to jab tak meri jaan baaqi hai ise koi shakhs cheen nhi sakega . (Phir unho ne ek qisaa bayan kiya k ) Hazrat Ali r.a ne Hazrat Fatima r.a ki maujoodgi me Abu Jahel ki ek beti ko paighaam e nikaah de diya tha to maine Rasool Allah ﷺ ne suna , Aap mimbar par logon ko khutbah de rahe the , mai in dino baaligh tha, Aapne farmaya : ” Fatima mera jigar gosha hai , mujhe andesha hai mubaadah woh apne deen k mutaliq kisi fitne me mubtela hojaye.” Phir Aapne khaandan Banu Abdshams waale daamaad ka zikr kiya aur iski daamaadi ki tareef karte hue farmaya : “isme mujh se jo baat kahi to sach kahi, jo wada kiya to use pura kiya. mai halaal chiz ko haraam nhi karta aur haraam chiz ko halaal nahi karta lykin Allah ki qasam ! Allah k Rasool ﷺ ki beti aur Allah k dushman ki beti kabhi ek saath nahi reh sakti.

Hazrat Ibne Hanfya se riwayat hai ,unho ne kaha k agar Hazrat Ali r.a, Hazrat Usmaan r.a ko burayi se yaad karne waale hote to us din bura bhala kehte jab inke paas logo ne Hazrat Usmaan r.a k kaarindo ki shikayat ki thi to Hazrat Ali r.a ne sadqaat se mutalqa ek parwana mujhe dekar Hazrat Usmaan r.a k paas bheja aur farmaya: inhe khabardaar karo k yeh parwana Rasool Allah ﷺ ka likhwaya hua hai. Aap apne kaarindo ko iske mutabiq amal dar’amad karne ka paband kare , chunanche mai ise lekar in (Hazrat Usmaan r.a ) ki khidmat me hazir hua. Unho ne farmaya : filhaal hame iski koi zarurat nahi. Mai woh sahifah Hazrat Ali r.a k paas wapas le aaya aur inhe halaat se aagaah kardiya to unho ne farmaya : Achcha yeh Sahifah jahan se uthaya tha wahin rakh do.

Hazrat Muhammed Bin Hanfya hi se riwayat hai k unho ne kaha : Mujhe mere walid girami (Hazrat Ali r.a) ne bheja aur farmaya : yeh sahifa e sadqaat lo aur Hazrat Usmaan r.a k pas le jao kyun k isme sadqaat se mutaliq Nabi ﷺ k bayankardah ehkamaat darj hai.

BAAB 6 – Khumus Allah Ke Rasool Aur Garibo Ke Zarurat Ke Liye Hai.

Neez Nabi ﷺ ne Ahal suffah aur bewagaan(widows) par kharch karne ko tarjeeh di jabke Aapki lakht e jigar Hazrat Fatima r.a ne Aapse aata gondhne aur chakki peesne ki shikayat ki aur sawal kiya k inhe qaidiyo me se koi khaadima ataa kare to Aapne inka mamla Allah k supurd kardiya.

Hazrat Ali r.a se riwayat hai k Hazrat Syeda Fatima r.a ko chakki peesne ki bahot takleef hui. phir inhe malum hua ke Rasool Allah ﷺ k paas kuch qaidi aaye hai to woh Aapke paas khidmatgaar lene ki darkhwast lekar hazir hui lykin Aapse mulaqaat ka ettefaaq na hosaka. Unho ne Hazrat Ayesha r.a se iska tazkarah kiya. Jab Nabi ﷺ tashreef laaye to Hazrat Ayesha r.a ne Aapke saamne inki darkhwast pesh kardi. (Hazrat Ali r.a kehte hai k) Phir Nabi ﷺ hamare paas is waqt tashreef laaye jab ham apne bistaro me jaa chuke the. Hum khade hone lage to Aapne farmaya : “Apne bistaro hi me raho.” Phir Aap baith gaye hatta k maine Aapke qadmo ki thandak apne seene me paayi. Aapne farmaya : mai tumhe is cheez se behtar baat na batau jiski tumne darkhwast ki thi ? Jab tum bistar me jaane ka irada karo to 34 baar Allahu Akbar , 33 baar Alhamdulillah , 33 baar SubhanAllah padhliya karo. Aisa karna tumhari talabkarda cheez se bahot behtar hai.”

BAAB 7 – IRSHAAD E BAARI TALA : “MAALE GHANIMAT SE PAANCHWA HISSA ALLAH AUR ISKE RASOOL KA HAI .” YAANI RASOOL ALLAH ﷺ K ZIMME ISKI TAQSEEM HAI. RASOOL ALLAH ﷺ NE FARMAYA : MAI TO SIRF TAQSEEM KARNE WALA AUR KHAZANCHI HOON , DENE WALA SIRF ALLAH TALA HAI.

Hazrat Jaber Bin Abdullah r.a se riwayat hai , unho ne farmaya ke hum ansaar me se ek shakhs k haan ladka paida hua to isne apne bache ka naam Muhammed rakhne ka irada kiya. Sho’ba k ek riwayat me hai k ansaari ne kaha : Mai ise apni gardan par utha kar Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat me le aaya. Sulaimaan ki riwayat me hai k iske haan bachcha paida hua to isne bache ka naam Muhammed rakhna chaha. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “Mere naam par naam to rakh sakte ho lekin tumhe meri kunniyat k saath kunniyat rakhne ki ijazat nahi, kyunki mujhe Qasim banaya gaya hai. Mai tumhare darmiyaan taqseem karta hoon.” Hassain ki riwayat me hai k Aap ne farmaya : ” Mai Qaseem ki haisiyat se maboos hua hoon, mai tum me taqseem karta hoon.”
Umro ne apni sanad k saath Hazrat Jabir r.a se bayaan kiya k is ne is( bache ) ka naam Qasim rakhne ka irada kiya toh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “mere naam par naam rakh sakte ho lekin meri kunyat par kunniyat na rakho.”

Hazrat Jabir Bin Abdullah Ansari r.a se riwayat hai , unho ne farmaya k hum ansaar me se ek shakhs k haan ladka paida hua to isne iska naam Qasim rakha. Is par ansaar ne kaha : hum tujhe AbulQasim hargiz nahi kahenge naa is kunyat se tumhari aankh hi thandi karenge. Yeh sunkar wo shaqs Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hua aur arz karne laga : Allah k Rasool ! Mere haan ladka paida hua hai aur maine iska naam Qasim rakha hai, Ab ansaar kehte hai k hum tujhe na to AbulQasim kehenge aur naa hi teri ankh thandi karenge. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : Ansaar ne achcha kirdaar adaa kiya. Mere naam par naam to rakh magar meri kunniyat mat ikhtiyaar karo kyunki Qasim to mai hi hoon.

Hazrat Muawiya r.a. se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : Allah tala jis shakhs k saath bhalayi ka irada kare to ise deen me samaj ataa kardeta hai. Dene wala to Allah tala hi hai , mai to sirf taqseem karne wala hoon. Yeh ummat apne mukhalefeen k khilaaf hamesha ghalib rahegi yahaan tak k jab Allah ka hukum (qayamat) aayega to is waqt bhi yeh ghalib ho ge.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : mai tumhe koi cheez nhi deta aur na tumse koi cheez rokta hoon. Mai to sirf taqseem karne wala hoon. Mujhe jahan jahan hukum hota hai wahan wahan taqseem kardeta hoon.

Hazrat Khawla Ansaariya r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k maine Nabi ﷺ ko yeh farmate suna :” jo log Allah k maal me bejaa tasarruf karte hai inke liye qayamat k din aag hogi. (Woh qayamat k din dozakh me jayege ).”

BAAB 8 – IRSHAAD E NABVI ﷺ : “TUMHARE LIYE GHANIMATO( BOOTY OF WAR) KO HALAAL KAR DIYA GAYA” KA BAYAN.

Irsaad-e-Bari Tala hai : Allah ne tum se bahot si ghanimato ka wada kiya hai jo tum hasil karoge.” (Quraan ki ru se) yeh sab logo k liye hai lekin Rasool Allah ﷺ ne bayan farmaya hai (k kaun kaun iske haqdaar hai). Hazrat Urwah Baarqi r.a se riwayat hai, woh Nabi ﷺ se bayan karte hai k Aap ne farmaya : Ghodoun ki peshaaniyoun se qayamat tak k liye khair-o-barakat , yaani ajar-o-ghanimat ko baandh diya gaya.

Is zaat ki qasam jiske haath me meri jaan hai ! Yaqeenan tum in dono (hukumato) k khazane (Allah ki raah me) zarur kharch karoge.

Is zaat ki qasam jiske haath me meri jaan hai ! Yaqeenan tum in dono (hukumato) k khazane (Allah ki raste me) zarur kharch karoge.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “jo shakhs Allah k raaste me Jihaad k liye ghar se nikle aur iska maqsad sirf jihad aur iske kalimaat ki tasdeeq karna ho , Allah Tala is shakhs k liye is amar ka zaamin hai k ise shahadat se sarfaraaz farma kar ise jannat me dakhil kare ya ise ajar o ghanimat de kar wapas ghar loutaye.”

Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a se riwayat hai, unho me kaha k Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : ” pehle Anbiya me se ek Nabi ne jihad kiya to unho ne apni qaum se farmaya k mere sath woh shakhs na jaaye jisne kisi aurat se nikaah to kiya ho lekin abhi tak rukhsati na hui ho jabke woh rukhsati ka khwaah ho. Aur na woh shakhs jaaye jiski ghar ki chaardiwari to ki ho lekin abhi tak chhat na daali ho. Aur na woh shakhs hi jaaye jisne hamela bakriyaan aur oontniyaan kharidi ho aur woh inke bache janne ka muntazir ho. (Yeh keh kr) phir woh jihad k liye rawana hue aur ek gaon k Qareeb is waqt pahunche k asr ka waqt Qareeb tha ya hochuka tha. Unho ne aftaab se kaha : tu bhi Allah ka mehkoom hai aur mai bhi Allah ka taba’a farmaan hoon, phir yun Dua ki : Aye Allah ! Ise hamare liye ghurub hone se rok de , chunanche ise rok liya gaya hattake Allah ne inko fatah se sarfaraz farmaya. Phir unho ne maale ghanimat ko ekatha kiya aur aag aayi taake ise khaye (bhasam karde) lekin aag ne ise na khaya (naa jalaya). Is (Nabi Aleyhi salam) ne kaha k tum me se kisi ne khayanat ki hai , lehaza ab har qabile ka ek ek shaqs mujhse ba’ait kare, chunanche ek shakhs ka haath inke haath se chippak gaya to is (Nabi aleyihsalam) ne farmaya : tere qabile waloun ne chori ki hai. Ab tumhare qabile k sab log mujh se ba’ait kare Phir do ya teen admiyoun k haath inke haath se chippak gaye. Iske baad Nabi ne farmaya k tum ne hi khayanat ka irtekaab kiya hai, Chunanche woh sone ka sar laaye jo gaaye k sar jaisa tha. Isko unho ne rakha to aag ne aakar maal-e-ghanimat khaliya. Phir Allah tala ne hamare liye maal-e-ghanimat halaal kardiya. Isne hamari ajizi aur kamzori ko dekha isliye hamare khatir maal-e-ghanimat ko halaal qarar de diya.”

BAAB 9 – GHANIMAT ISKA HAQ HAI JO MA’ARKE ME HAZIR HO.

Hazrat Aslam rh. se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya : “Agar baad me aane waale musalmano ka mujhe khayal na hota to mai jo ilaaqa fatah karta ise mujahedeen me taqseem kardeta jis tarha Nabi ﷺ ne khaiber ko taqseem kiya tha.

BAAB 10 – AGAR KOI HUSOOL GHANIMAT K LIYE JIHAD KARE TO KYA ISKE SAWAB ME KAMI HOGI ?

Hazrat Abu Moosa Ash’ari r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya k ek dehaati ne Nabi ﷺ se arz kiya k ek shakhs husool-e-ghanimat k liye ladta hai, dusra shoharat-o-naamwari k liye maidaan-e-jung me aata hai, teesra isliye ladta hai k iski dhhaak baith jaye to in me se Allah k raaste me kaun hoga ? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “jo shakhs isliye jung me shirkat karta hai taake Allah ka deen sarbuland ho, sirf woh Allah k raaste me ladta ho.”

*BAAB 11 – IMAAM K PAAS TOHFATAN JO MAAL AAYE ISE HAAZIREEN ME TAQSEEM KARNA AUR JO NA AAYE YA MAJLIS SE GHAYAB HO TO USKA HISSA CHHUPPA RAKHNA.*

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Abu Malaika se riwayat hai k, Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat me reshmi jhubba bataur hadya bheja gaya jinme sone k button lage hue the. Aap ne apne paas maujood sahaba-e-akraam me taqseem kardiye aur in me se ek jhubba Hazrat Makhramah Bin Nawafil r.a k liye alag kar rakha. Woh aaye aur inke hamraah inka beta Miswar Bin Makhramah r.a bhi tha. Woh darwaze par khade hogaye aur apne bete se kaha k Aap ﷺ ko mere khatir bula laaye. Nabi ﷺ ne inki awaaz suni to ek jhubba lekar bahar tashreef laaye aur sone k buttono samet wo jhubba Makhramah r.a k aage rakh diya aur farmaya :” aye Makhramah ! Maine tumhare liye jhubba rakha tha. Aye Makhramah ! Maine tumhare liye yeh chhupa kar rakh liya tha.” Hazrat Makhramah r.a zara tezz tabyat k aadmi the. Ibn e Ilyaa ne yeh hadith Ayyub k waastey se (mursal hi) bayan ki hai. Aur Hatim Bin Wardaan ne kaha : humse Ayyub ne , inse Ibn e Abu Malaika ne, in se Hazrat Miswar r.a ne bayan kiya k Nabi ﷺ k paas kuch jhubbe aaye…. Ibn Abu Mulaika se riwayat karne me Lees Bin saad ne Ayyub ki matabi’at ki hai.

BAAB 12- NABI ﷺ NE BANU QURAIZA AUR BANU NAZEER K MAAL KAISA TAQSEEM KIYE AUR APNI ZARURIYAAT K LIYE KAISE KHARCH KIYA ?

Hazrat Anas Bin Malik r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k ansaar k aadmi Nabi ﷺ k liye khajooro k darakht makhtas kardete the. Jab Banu Quraiza aur Banu Nazeer k ilaqe fatah hogaye to iske baad Aapne inke darakht inko wapas kardiye.

BAAB 13 – JIN LOGON NE NABI ﷺ AUR DEEGAR HAKAAM K SAATH MILKAR JIHAAD KIYA, INKE MAAL, ZINDAGI AUR MAUT K BAAD BARKAT KA BAYAN.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k jung-e-jamal k din jab Hazrat Zubair r.a (maidaan-e-jung me) khade hue to unho ne mujhe bulaya. Mai inke pehloo me khada hogaya inho ne farmaya : Aye mere pyare bete ! Aaj k din zaalim ya mazloom hi qatal hoga aur mai samjhta hoon k aaj me mazloom hi qatal kiye jaunga aur mujhe zyada fikr mere qarz ki (adayegi ki) hai.kya tumhe kuch andaza hai k qarz adaa karne k baad hamara kuch maal bach sakega ? Phir unho ne kaha : Aye mere pyare bete ! Hamara maal farokht kar k is se qarz ada kardena. Unho ne is maal se ek tihaai ki wasiyat ki aur is tihaai k teesre hisse ki wasiyat apne, yaani Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a k beton k liye ki. Unho ne farmaya k wasiyat ki tihaai k teen hisse karlena. Agar qarz ki adayegi k baad hamare amwaal me se kuch bach jaye to iska ek tihaai ( tihaai ka teesra hissa ) tere baccho k liye hoga. Raawi-e-hadith Hashaam ne kaha k Hazrat Abdullah r.a k kuch bete Hazrat Zubair r.a k ladko k hum umar the jaise Khubaib aur A’baad. Aur Hazrat Zubair r.a k is waqt nau bete aur nau betiyaan thi. Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a ne kaha k unho ne mujhe apna qarz adaa karne ki wasiyat ki aur kaha : Aye mere lukht e jigar ! Agar tu qarz adaa karne se aajiz hojaye to mere maalik o maula se madad talab karlena. Unho (Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a) ne kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Mai inki baat na samaj saka k inho ne kya irada kiya tha yahaan tak k maine arz kiya : AbbuJaan ! Aap ka maula kaun hai ? Inho ne farmaya : mera maula Allah hai. Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a ne kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Mujhe in (Hazrat Zubair r.a ) ka qarz adaa karne me jo bhi dushwari aayi to maine yunhi dua ki : “Aye Zubair k maula ! Inka qarz adaa karde.” To adayegi ki surat paida hojati thi, chunanche jab Hazrat Zubair r.a shaheed hue to inho ne tarke me koi dirham-o-dinaar nhi chhodha tha, sirf zameen ki surat me jayedaad chhodi thi, ghabaah ki zameen bhi isme shamil thi, gyaraah makanaat Madine Tayyaba me the. Do makaan Basrah me, ek makaan Kufaah me aur ek Misr me tha. Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a ne bayan kiya k in par itne qarz ki kayefiyat yeh thi k jab inke paas koi shakhs apna maal bataur e amanat rakhne k liye aata to Hazrat Zubair r.a isse kehte : yeh amanat nahi balke qarz hai kyunke mujhe iske zaaye hone ka andesha hai. Hazrat Zubair r.a kisi Ilaaqe k ameer nahi bane the, na woh khiraaj wusool karne par kabhi muqarrar hue aur na inho ne koi dusra ohda hi qubool kiya, albatta woh Nabi ﷺ ,Hazrat Abu Bakar, Hazrat Umar aur Hazrat Usman r.a k hamraah jihad k liye zarur jaate the. Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a ne kaha: maine inke zimme qarz ka hisaab kiya to baees(22) lakh tha. Ek din Hazrat Hakeem Bin Hizaam r.a Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a se mile to farmaya : mere bhatije ! Mere bhai k zimme kitna qarz hai ? Hazrat Abdullah r.a ne asal raqm ko chhupakar kaha k ek lakh. Hazrat Hakeem Bin Hizaam r.a ne kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Mere khayal k mutabiq tumhare paas maujood sarmaye se yeh qarz adaa nahi ho sakega. Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a ne kaha : Aap mujhe bataye agar qarz baees lakh ho to kya hoga ? Unho ne farmaya : phir to itna qarz tumhari bardasht se bhi bahar hai, beherehaal agar tum qarz ki adayegi se kabhi aajiz hojao to mujhse is silsile me madad lelena. Hazrat Abdullah r.a ne kaha k Hazrat Zubair r.a ne ghabaah ki zameen ek lakh satar hazar me kharidi thi lekin Abdullah r.a ne ise sola(16) lakh me frokht kiya. phir unho ne Ailaan kiya k Hazrat Zubair r.a par jiska qarz ho woh ghabaah k zameen me aakar hamse mulaqaat kare, chunanche Hazrat Abdullah Bin Jafer r.a aaye…. inka Hazrat Zubair r.a k zimme chaar 4 lakh qarz tha… inho ne Hazrat Abdullah r.a se kaha : agar tum chaho to mai yeh qarz chhod sakta hoon lekin Abdullah r.a ne kaha aisa nahi hosakta. Phir Abdullah Bin Jafer r.a ne farmaya : Agar tum qarz ko moakkhar karna chaho to mai ise moakkhar karsakta hoon. Hazrat Abdullah Zubair r.a ne kaha : ji nahi ! Iske baad Abdullah Bin Jafer r.a ne kaha : mujhe ghabaah ki zameen se kuch hissa dedo to Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a ne kaha k aap yahan se wahaan tak ki zameen le lijiye. Raawi ka bayan hai k Hazrat Zubair r.a ki jayedaad frokht kar k inka qarz ada kardiya gaya. Jab tamaam qarz ki adayegi hogayi to abhi ghabaah ki jayedaad me se saadhe chaar (4 ½) hisse baaqi the jo frokht nahi hue the tab woh (Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a) Hazrat Maawiyah r.a k paas aaye to wahan Amro Bin Usmaan, Munzir Bin Zubair aur Ibne Zamàa bhi maujood the. Hazrat Maawiyah r.a ne daryaft kiya k ghabaah ki kitni qimat lagi hai ? Unho ne bataya k har hisse ki qimat ek lakh tae hui. Hazrat Ameer Maawiyah r.a ne kaha : kitna baaqi rehgaya hai ? Hazrat Abdullah r.a ne kaha : 4½ hisse baaqi rehgaye hai. Hazrat Munzir Bin Zubair r.a ne kaha : mai ek hissa ek lakh me leta hoon. Umar Bin Usman ne kaha : dusra hissa mai ek lakh me rakh leta hoon. Ibne Zamàa goya hue : teesra hissa maine ek lakh me kharid liya. Hazrat Maawiyah r.a ne farmaya : ab kitna baaqi raha ? Abdullah ne kaha : Ab dedh (1 ½) hissa baaqi rehgaya hai to unho ne farmaya : woh maine 1½ lakh me kharida. Raawi kehte hai Hazrat Abdullah Bin Jaafar ne apna hissa Ameer Maawiyah r.a k haath chhey (6) lakh me frokht kiya. Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zubair r.a jab apne walid girami ka qarz adaa kar k faarigh hue to Hazrat Zubair r.a k dusre beto ne kaha ab hamari wirasat hum me taqseem kar de to Hazrat Abdullah r.a ne kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Mai tum me wirasat taqseem nahi karunga hattake ayyam-e-haj me chaar saal tak yeh Ailaan na karta rahoon k jis shakhs ka Hazrat Zubair r.a k zimme kuch qarz hai woh hamare paas aaye, ham ise qarz adaa karenge, chunanche Hazrat Abdullah r.a , har saal haj k mauqe par Ailaan karte rahe. Jab chaar saal guzar gaye to unho ne unki jayedaad wirsa me taqseem ki. Hazrat Zubair r.a ki chaar biwiyaan thi. Wasiyat ki ek tihaai alehda karne k baad har biwi ko bara(12) lakh mile. Is tarha Hazrat Zubair r.a k tamam turke ki maaliyat paanch crore do lakh thi.

BAAB 14 – JAB IMAAM KISI KO ZARURAT K LIYE BHEJE YA KISI JAGAH TEHERNE KA HUKM DE TO KYA ISE BHI GHANIMAT SE HISSA DIYA JAAYEGA ?

Hazrat Ibne Umar r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya k Hazrat Usmaan r.a ghazwaye Badar me isliye hazir na hosake k inki biwi jo Rasool Allah ﷺ ki sahebzaadi thi , in dinoun bimaar thi. Nabi ﷺ ne unse farmaya tha : “(tum teher jao) tumhe is shaqs k barabar sawab aur hissa diya jayega jo badar me shareek hua hai.”

BAAB 15 – IS AMAR KI DALEEL K KHUMAS MUSALMAANO KI ZARURIYAAT K LIYE HAI.

Hazrat Marwaan Bin Hakam aur Hazrat Miswar Bin Muqarrama r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne bataya k Rasool Allah ﷺ k paas jab hawazan k log musalmaan hokar aaye aur Aapse darkhwast ki k inke maal aur qaidi inhe wapas karde to Aapne un se farmaya : ” mujhe woh baat pasand hai jo sachi ho. Tum do cheezoun me se ek cheez ekhtiyaar kar sakte ho: Qaidi ya maal moweshi. Maine is silsile me bahot intezaar kiya.” Rasool Allah ﷺ ne waaqayi taqreeban das din tak ta’aif se wapasi par inka intezaar kiya tha. jab in par yeh amar waazeh hogaya k Rasool Allah ﷺ inko sirf ek hi cheez wapas karenge to inho ne arz kiya : ham apne qaidiyoun ka inteqaab karte hai. Iske baad Rasool Allah ﷺ musalmaano me khutbah dene khade hue aur Allah tala ki shaayaan shaan tareef ki. Iske baad farmaya : “Àmmabàad, tumhare yeh bhai ta’eb hokar aaye hai aur mera khayal hai k mai inke qaidi inhe wapas kardoon. Jo koi khushi se yeh karna chahe to karle aur jo koi tum me se yeh pasand kare k apne hisse par qayam rahe hatta ke hum isko is pehle maal se jo Allah Tala hame ata farmayega , hissa dege to woh is tarha karle.” Logoun ne arz kiya : Allah ke Rasool ! Ham khushdili se inhe qaidi wapas karte hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “hume maloom nahi hosaka k tum me se kis ne ijazat di hai aur kis ne ijazat nahi di, isliye tum wapas chale jao hattake tumhare sardaar tumhari baat hum tak pahunchaye.” Chunanche woh log wapas hue aur inke numaaindo ne inse guftagu ki, phir unho ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hokar ittela di k woh sab khush hai aur khushdili se ijazat de di hai. Bas itna waqia hai jo hawazan k qaidiyoun k mutaliq hum tak pahuncha hai.

Hazrat Zehdam se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k hum Hazrat Abu Moosa Asha’ara r.a ki majlis me hazir the k wahan murghi ka zikr hone laga. Wahan Banu Taimillah qabile se surq rang ka ek shakhs baitha hua tha aur woh ghulaam malum hota tha. Inho ne isko khane k liye bulaya to isne kaha k maine murghi ko ek martaba gandi cheezien khaate dekha to mujhe intehaayi nafrat hui aur maine qasam uthhayi k aayinda kabhi murghi ka gosht nahi khaunga. Hazrat Abu Moosa Asha’ari r.a ne kaha : mere qareeb aaja mai tujhe iske mutaliq ek hadith bayan karta hoon : mai Rasool Allah ﷺ ki khidmat me ash’ar qabile k chand logon k saath hazir hua aur sawari ki darkhwast ki to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “Allah ki qasam ! Tumhare liye sawari ka bandobast nahi karsakta kyunke mere paas koi aisi cheez nhi hai jo tumhari sawari k kaam aasake.” Is dauraan me Rasool Allah ﷺ k paas ghanimat k kuch oont aaye to Aap ne hamare mutaliq daryaft farmaya : “qabilaye Ash’ar k log kahan hai ?” Algharz Aap ﷺ ne hame safed kohano wale mote taze paach oont dene ka hukum diya. Jab hum wahan se chale to aapas me kehne lage : ham ne yeh kya tariqa ekhtiyaar kiya ? Yeh tareeqa humare liye baees barakat nahi hoga, chunanche hum laut kar Aap ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hue aur arz kiya : hum ne Aapse sawariyo k mutaliq darkhwast guzari thi to Aapne qasam uthha kar farmaya tha k mai tumhari sawari ka intezaam nahi kar sakoonga. shayad Aapko woh qasam yaad na rahi ho. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “waqiye maine tumhare liye sawari ka intezaam nahi kiya balke Allah tala ne tumhe yeh sawariyaan di hai. Allak ki qasam ! Bilashuba agar Allah chahe to mai kisi baat par qasam nahi uthhata, taaham (agar qasam uthha loon aur ) qasam uthhane k baad mujh par yeh baat zaaher hojaye k munasib tarze amal is qasam k siwa me hai to mai wahi karunga jisme achchayi hogi aur qasam ka kafarah de doonga.”

Inhe taqseem kiya gaya to har sipahi k hisse me barah barah ya gyarah gyarah oont aaye aur ek ek oont inhe mazeed inaam me diya gaya.

Hazrat Abu Moosa Ash’ari r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne farmaya k hume Nabi ﷺ k hijrat karne ki khabar is waqt pahunchi jab hum Yemen me the, isiliye hum bhi mohajireen ki haisiyat se Aapki khidmat me hazir hone k liye rawana hue. Mai tha aur mere do bade bhai : in me se ek Abu Burdah aur dusra Abu Ruham tha. Humari qaum k bawan (52) ya tirpan (53) afraad the. Hum kashti me sawar hue jisne hume najashi badshah k paas habsha pahuncha diya. Wahan ittefaqan hamari mulaqat Hazrat Jafar Bin Abu Talib r.a aur unke saathiyo se hogayi. Hazrat Jafar r.a ne humse kaha k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne hume yahan bheja hai aur yahan rehne ka hukum diya hai, lehaza tum bhi humare saath raho, chunanche hum bhi wahan inke sath muqeem hogaye yahan tak k hum sab ikattha Madine Tayyaba aaye. Humari mulaqaat Nabi ﷺ se is waqt hui jab Aap khaiber fatah karchuke the. Aap ﷺ ne maal-e-ghanimat se hamara hissa muqarar farmaya ya hume is me se kuch ata kiya. Aap ne kisi aur ko ghanimat se kuch na diya jo fatah khaiber se ghayab tha. Sirf inhi logoun ko hissa diya jo Aap k saath the magar Hazrat Jafar r.a aur inke saathiyo samet hum kashti walao ko maal-e-ghanimat se hissa ataa farmaya.

Hazrat Jabar r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha k Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Agar humare paas Bahrain se maal aaya to mai tujhe itna, itna doonga.” Nabi ﷺ ki wafaat tak woh maal na aaya. Baadazaan jab wahan se maal aaya to Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne munadi ko hukum diya k woh eylaan karde : jis shakhs ka Rasool Allah ﷺ par qarz ho ya Aapne kisi se wada kiya ho woh hamare paas aaye hum ise maal ada karenge. Maine arz kiya : mujhe Rasool Allah ﷺ ne itna, itna dene ka wada kiya tha. Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne mujhe teen laip bhar kar di. (Raawi-e-hadees) Hazrat Sufiyan ne apni dono hatheliyoun ko jama kar k laip bhare phir farmaya k is trha diya. Ibne Munkadir apni sanad k saath yun bayan karte hai k Hazrat Jabir r.a ne farmaya k mai Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a k paas aaya aur inse talab kiya to aapne naa diya. Phir aakar sawal kiya to unho ne phir kuch na diya. Phir darkhwast ki lykin unho ne phir bhi kuch na diya. (Bila akhir maine kaha) Ab aap mujhe kuch de ya aap mere mutaliq bukhal se kaam lete hai. Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne farmaya k tum mujh par bukhl ka ilzaam dharte ho, haanlake maine ek baar bhi inkaar nahi kiya. Mere dil me yeh baat thi k tumhe kabhi na kabhi dena zaruri hai. Ek dusre riwayat k mutabiq Hazrat Jaber r.a ne farmaya k Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne mujhe ek laip bhar kar di aur farmaya k ise shumaar karo. Maine shumaar kiya to paanch sau ki ta’adad thi. Iske baad farmaya : itni hi miqdaar do martaba aur lelo. Ibne Munkadir ek riwayat me bayan karte hai k Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne yeh bhi farmaya thhma : bukhl se zyada sangeen bimaari aur kya hosakti hai.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Jabir r.a hi se riwayat hai , unho ne kaha : ek dafa Rasool Allah ﷺ Jèranaah me maal-e-ghanimat taqseem kar rahe the k is dauraan me ek shakhs ne Aap ﷺ se kaha : Aap zara insaaf se kaam le. Aap ﷺ ne farmaya : “Agar mai àdal se taqseem na karun to badbakht hojaoun.”

Hazrat Jabeer Bin Mut’am r.a se riwayat hai k Nabi ﷺ ne asiraan badar k mutaliq farmaya tha : “agar Mut’am Bin A’di zinda hota aur woh najas aur gande logo ki sifarish karta to mai iski sifarish se inhe chhordeta.”

BAAB 17 – IS AMAR PAR DALEEL K MAAL KHUMAS IMAAM KA HAQ HAI, (AUR IS PAR DALEEL K) WOH APNE KUCH RISHTEDARO KO DE AUR KUCH KO NAZARANDAAZ KAR DE.

Hazrat Jabeer Bin Muta’am r.a se riwayat hai, unho kaha k mai aur Hazrat Osman Bin Affan r.a Rasool Allah ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hue aur hum ne arz kiya : Allah k Rasool ! Aapne Banu Mutalib ko to maal diya hai lekin hume nazar andaaz kardiya hai, haalake hum aur woh Aapse ek hi darje ki qurabat rakhte hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Banu muttalib aur Banu Hashim to ek hi cheez hai.” Ek riwayat me yeh izafa hai Hazrat Jabeer Bin Muta’am r.a ne kaha k Nabi ﷺ ne Banu shams aur Banu naufil ko nahi diya tha. Ibne Ishaq ka kehna hai k Abd shams , Hashim aur Muttalib ek maa se the. Inke walida ka naam Atika Binte Maraah tha aur Naufil sirf baap ki taraf se inke bhai the (inki maa dusri thi).

BAAB 18 – JISNE MAQTOOL KAAFIR K SAMAAN SE KHUMAS NAHI LIYA.

Hazrat AbduRahman Bin Aouf r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke mai badar ki ladayi ke waqt safbandi me khada tha. Is dauraan maine apne dayen bayen dekha to do ansaari kamsin ladke dikhayi diye. Maine dil me khwahish ki ke kaash! Mai do taqatwar aur inse zyada umr waloun ke darmiyaan khada hota. Achanak inme se ek ne meri taraf ishara kar k ahista awaz se puchha : Aye chcha ! Tum Abu Jahal ko pehchante ho ? Maine kaha : haan. Lekin aye bhajite ! Tujhe isse kya kaam hai ? Ladke ne jawab diya : mujhe malum hua k woh Rasool Allah ﷺ ko gaaliyaan deta hai. Is zaat ki qasam jiske haath me meri jaan hai ! Agar woh mujhe miljaye to us waqt tak mai us se juda na hoga jabtak hum me se woh jiski qismat me pehle marna hoga, mar na jaaye. Maine iski jura’at par bada ta’ajub kiya. Itne me mujhse dusre ne ahistagi se daryaft kiya aur usne bhi wahi kaha jo pehle ne kaha tha. Abhi chand minute hi guzre the k mujhe Abu Jahal dikhayi diya jo logo me tehel raha tha. Maine in dono se kaha: suno ! Woh hai jiske mutaliq tum mujhse puchhrahe the. Yeh sunte hi unho ne talwaare sambhali aur is par jhapat pade. Phir zabardast hamla kar k usey qatal kardiya. Iske baad woh Rasool Allah ﷺ ki khidmat me hazir hue aur Aap ko iski khabar di. Aap ne daryaft farmaya : “tum me se ise kis ne qatal kiya hai ?” In me se har ek ne jawab diya k maine is la’een ko mara hai. Phir Aapne puchha : “kya tumne apni talwarien saaf karli hai ?” Inho kaha : nahi. Phir Aap ne dono talwaaro ko dekha aur farmaya : ” waqai tum dono ne ise qatal kiya hai.” Iska tamam samaan Ma’az Bin Amro Bin Jamuh r.a ko diya. Woh dono ladke Ma’az Bin Afra’a aur Ma’az Bin Amro Bin Jamuh r.a thhe. (Raawi e hadith) Muhammed ne kaha k Yousuf ne Saaleh se aur Ibrahim ne apne baap Abdulrahman Bin Auof r.a se suna hai.

Hazrat Abu Qatada r.a se riwayat hai ke ghazwa-e-Hunain ke saal hum Rasool Allah ﷺ ke hamraah rawana hue, phir jab hamara dushman se samna hua to musalmaano me kuch isteraab ki kaifiyat paida hui. Is dauraan maine ek mushrik ko dekha k woh ek musalmaan par sawar hai. Yeh dekh kar mai iske gird ghuma, pichhe se aakar maine iske kandhe par talwar maari. Ab woh shakhs mujh par toot pada aur mujhe itni zor se dabaya ke maine maut ki hawa mehsoos ki. Akhirkaar isko maut ne aaliya aur usne mujhe chhord diya. Iske baad mai Hazrat Umer r.a se mila aur inse daryaft kiya ke musalmaan ab kis halat me hai ? Inho ne jawab diya : jo Allah ka hukm tha wahi hua, lekin jab musalmaan muqabele me sambhal gaye aur wapas hue to Nabi ﷺ ne sukoon se baith kar farmaya : “Jisne kisi kafir ko qatal kiya ho aur uspar woh gawaah bhi pesh karde to maqtool ka sara saaz-o-samaan isi ko milega.” Mai khada hua aur kaha ke meri taraf se koun gawahi dega ? Yeh keh kar mai baith gaya. Phir Aap ne farmaya : “aaj jisne kisi kafir ko mara aur isper koi gawah bhi ho to maqtool ka tamaam samaan ise milega.” Is martaba phir maine khade hokar kaha : mera gawah koun hai ? Mujhe phir baithna pada. Teesri martaba jab Aap ﷺ ne wahi irshaad farmaya to mai phir khada hua. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Abu Qatada kya baat hai ?” Is waqt maine Aap sαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм k saamne sara waqiya bayan kardiya to ek shaqs ne kaha : Allah ke Rasool ! Abu Qatada sacha hai. Iske maqtool ka samaan mere paas hai aur Aap ise meri taraf se raazi karde. Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Allah ke ek sher ke saath jo Allah aur iske Rasool ﷺ ke liye ladey Aap ﷺ aisa nahi karenge k uska saaz-o-samaan tujhe de de. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Abu Bakar r.a ne sach kaha hai.” Phir Aap ne Abu Qatada ko woh tamaam samaan dediya. Abu Qatada kehte hai ke maine iske zirah frokht ki aur iske aewaz Banu Salamah me ek baagh kharid liya aur yeh pehla maal tha jo maine islaam laane ke baad hasil kiya tha.

BAAB 19 – NABI ﷺ KA TAALEEF QALBI KE LIYE NAU-MUSLIM AUR DUSRE MUSALMAAN KO KHUMAS WAGHAIRA SE KUCH DENA.

Hazrat Hakeem Bin Hazaam r.a se riwayat hai , unho ne kaha ke maine Rasool Allah ﷺ se kuch maal maanga to Aapne mujhe ataa farmaya. Phir maine dubara maanga to is martaba bhi Aapne ataa kiya aur irshaad farmaya : ” Aye Hakeem ! Yeh maal (dekhne me ) bahot dilruba aur shireen hai lekin jo shakhs ise sair-chashmi se le to is ke liye isme bahot barkat hogi aur jisne hirs aur lalach se ise liya, iske liye isme koi barkat nhi hai balke woh to is shakhs ki tarha hai jo khaata hai magar iska pait nahi bharta. Upar wala haath (dene wala) neeche wale haath (lene wale ) se behtar hota hai.” Hazrat Hakeem Bin Hazaam r.a ne (mutaassir hokar) arz kiya : Allah ke Rasool ! Aapke baad mai kisi se kuch nahi maanguga yahaan tak ke mai dunya se rukhsat hojau, chunanche Hazrat Abu Bakar r.a ne inko atyaa dene ke liye bulaya to unho ne ise qubool karne se inkaar kardiya. Phir Hazrat Umar r.a ne inhe maal atyaa karne ke liye bulaya to unho ne phir bhi ise qubool karne se inkaar kardiya. Hazrat Umar r.a ne kaha : Aye ahle Islaam ! Mai inhe inka woh haq deta hoon jo Allah Tala ne maal faay mai inke liye muqarar kiya hai lekin yeh ise lene se inkaari hai. Hazrat Hakeem Bin Hazaam r.a ne Nabi ﷺ ke baad kisi se koi cheez naa li hatta ke woh Allah Tala ko pyaare hogaye.

Hazrat Umar r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne arz kiya : Allah ke Rasool ! Maine zaman e jahaliat me ek din Aetikaaf karne ki nazr maani thi toh Aapne inhe mannat pura karne ka hukm diya. Raawi bayan karta hai kd Hazrat Umar r.a ko Hunain ke qaidi aurto me se do laundiyaan mili thi jinko unho ne Makkah Mukarrama ke ek makaan me rakha tha. Phir jab Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Hunain ke qaidiyo par ehsaan kiya (aur inhe azaad kardiya) to woh gali-kucho me daudhne lage. Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya : Aye Abdullah ! Dekho kya baat hai ? Unho ne bataya ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne qaidiyo par ehsaan karte hue azaad kardiya hai. Hazrat Umar r.a ne farmaya : Jao, tum bhi in dono laundiyo ko azaad kardo. Hazrat Naafey ne kaha ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne muqaam Jarana se umrah nahi kiya tha. Agar Aapne wahan se umrah kiya hota to Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a par mukhfi (poshida, hidden) na rahta.

Hazrat Amro Bin Taghlib r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne kuch logo ko maal diya aur kuch logo ko naa diya, jinko naa diya woh naraaz hue to Aapne farmaya : “Mai jin logo ko deta hoon mujhe inki kujravi aur besabri ka andesha hota hai aur dusroun ko mai is khair aur isteghna k supurd karta hoon jo Allah Tala ne inke dilo me paida farmayi hai. Inme se Amro Bin Taghlib r.a bhi hai.” Hazrat Amro BinTaghlib ka bayan hai ke meri nisbat Rasool Allah ﷺ ne jo irshaad farmaya agar mujhe iske badle surkh uoont bhi miljaate to itna khush na hota. Abu Aasim ki riwayat me yeh izafa hai ke Amro Bin Taghlib r.a ne bayan kiya ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas maal ya qaidi aaye the jinhe aapne taqseem farmaya tha.

Hazrat Anas r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “mai quraish ko inke taalif qalab k liye deta hoon kyunki inki jahiliyat ka zamana abhi abhi guzra hai.”

Hazrat Anas r.a hi se riwayat hai ke jab Allah Tala ne apne Rasool Allah ﷺ ko Hawazan k maal me se jitna bhi bataur ghanimat diya to isme se Aapne quraish ke baaz logo ko sau, sau oont diye. Is par ansaar ke chand logo ne kaha ke Allah Tala apne Rasool ko muaf farmaye Aap quraish ko itna de rahe hai aur hame nazarandaaz kar rahe, haanlake hamari talwaro se in (kaafiroun) ka khoon tapak raha hai. Hazrat Anas r.a ka bayan hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ se jab inki baat bayan ki gayi to Aapne ansaar ko bulakr inhe ek chamde ke khaime me jama kiya lekin inke saath kisi aur ko naa bulaya. Jab woh jama hogaye toh Rasool Allah ﷺ inke paas tashreef laaye aur puchha : “Yeh kya baat hai jo tumhari taraf se mujhe pahunchi hai ?” Inke aqalmand logo ne arz kiya : Allah ke Rasool ! Hum me se ahel-e-qarad ne kuch nahi kaha, haan ! Chand naqiss ladke hai unho ne hi yeh kaha hai ke Allah Tala apne Rasool sαℓℓαℓℓαнυ αℓαyнє ωαѕαℓℓαм ko bakhsh de, Aap quraish ko to de rahe hai aur hame nahi dete , haanlake hamari talwarien ab bhi inke khoon tapka rahi hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Mai baaz aise logo ko deta hoon jinke kufr ka zamana abhi abhi guzra hai, yaani woh naye naye musalmaan hue hai, kya tum is baat par khush nahi ke log maal-o-daulat lekar jaaye aur tum apne gharoun ko Allah ka Rasool ﷺ lekar wapas jao. Allah ki qasam ! Jo tum lekar jaaoge woh is se behtar hai jo woh lekar jayege.” Ansaar ne ba yak zaban kaha : Kyun nahi ya Rasool Allah ! Hum is par raazi aur khush hai. Phir Aapne inse farmaya : “Mere baad tum dekhoge ke tum par dusro ko tarjeeh di jayegi, is waqt sabr se kaam lena hatta ke tum Allah se milo aur iske Rasool ﷺ se hauz-e-kauser par mulaqaat karo.” Hazrat Anas r.a ne farmaya : Lekin iske baujood hamse sabar na hosaka.”

Hazrat Jabeer Bin Muta’am r.a se riwayat hai ke ek dafa woh Rasool Allah ﷺ ke hamraah the, Aapke saath chand sahaba aur bhi the jab ke Aap Hunain se wapas aarahe the. Raaste me chand dehati Aapse chimmat gaye, woh Aapse kuch maangte the hatta ke Aap ko ek Babool ke darakht ke neeche dhakail kar le gaye aur Aapki chadar iske kaanto me ulajh kar reh gayi. Is waqt Aap teher gaye aur farmaya : “Mujhe meri chadar dedo. Aur agar mere paas is darakht ke kaanto ki ta’adaad me oont hote to mai tum me taqseem kardeta. Mujhe bakheel, jhoota aur buzdil hargiz na paoge.”

Hazrat Anas Bin Malik r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha : mai ek dafa Nabi ﷺ ke hamraah jaraha tha jabke Aapne Najraan ki tayyar karda chaude haashiye wali chaadar pehen rakhi thi. Itne me ek Àeraabi ne Aapko ghher liya aur zor se chadar ko jhhatka diya. Maine Nabi ﷺ ke shaane ko dekha jis par chadar ko zorr se khhinchne ke bina par nishaan pad gaya tha. Phir usne kaha ke Allah ka jo maal Aap ke paas hai isme se kuch mujhe dene ka hukm dijiye. Aap ﷺ iski taraf mutawajja hue aur hass pade, phir Aapne ise kuch dene ka hukm diya.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mas’ood r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke Nabi ﷺ ne Hunain ke din kuch logo ko taqseem me zyada diya tha, chunanche Aqràa Bin Haabis r.a ko sau oont, Uyainah r.a ko bhi sau oont diye. Inke alawa shurfa-e-arab me se chand logo ko is tarha taqseem me kuch zyada diya to ek shaqs ne kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Yeh aisi taqseem hai k isme insaaf pesh nazar nahi rakha gaya ya isme Allah ki raza maqsood naa thi. Maine kaha : Allah ki qasam ! Mai Nabi ﷺ ko is baat se zarur agaah karunga, chunanche mai Aapke paas gaya aur Aapse bayan kiya to Aapne farmaya : “Agar Allah aur iska Rasool insaaf nahi karenge to phir insaaf koun karega ? Allah Tala Hazrat Moosa Aleyhisalam par rahem farmaye ! Unhe is se bhi zyada aziyat di gayi magar unho ne sabr kiya.”

Hazrat Asma Binte AbuBakar r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne Hazrat Zubair r.a ko jo zameen ataa farmayi thi mai wahan se guthliyaan apne sar par uthha kar laya karti thi. Woh jagah mere ghar se do tahayi farsakh par thi. Abu Zamraah apni sanad se bayan karte hai k Nabi ﷺ ne Banu Nazeer ke amwaal me se Hazrat Zubair r.a ko zameen ataa farmayi thi.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar r.a se riwayat hai ke Hazrat Umar r.a ne yahood-o-nasaarah ko arz-e-hijaaz se jilawatan kar diya. Waqiya yeh hai ke jab Rasool Allah ﷺ ne khaibar ki zameen par ghalbah hasil kiya to yahoodiyo ko wahan se nikaal dene ka irada farmaya. Chunke woh zameen yahoodiyo ki thi. Jab Aapne is par ghalbah paa liya to woh zameen Rasool Allah ﷺ aur ahel-e-islam ki hogayi to yahoodiyo ne Rasool Allah ﷺ se arz kiya k unhe yahan is shart par rehne de ke woh zameen me kaam karenge aur inhe paidawar se nisf diya jayega. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : ” Achcha jab tak ham chahenge is waqt tak ke liye tumhe is shart par yahan rehne denge.” Chunanche yeh log wahan rahe yahaan tak k phir Hazrat Umar r.a ne unhe apne daur-e-khilafat me Taima’a aur Ariha’a ki taraf bedakhal (jilawatan) kardiya.

BAAB 20 – DARUL HARAB ME KHANE PEENE KI ASHYA’A KA HUKUM.

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mughaffal r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke hum Khaiber k mahal ka muhasrah kiye hue the ke kisi shakhs ne ek toshadaan phenka jisme charbi thi. Mai ise lene ke liye jaldi se lapka lekin maine mudh kar dekha to paas hi Nabi ﷺ tashreef farma the. Mai is waqt sharm se pani pani hogaya.

Hazrat Ibne Abi Auofa r.a se riwayat hai, unho ne kaha ke humey khaiber ki raato me faaqo par faaqe hone lage. Akhir jis din khaiber fateh hua to gharelu gadhe bhi (bataur ghanimat) mile, chunanche hum ne inhe zibah kar ke pakana shuru kardiya. Jab handiyoun me josh aane laga to Rasool Allah ﷺ ke manadi ne eylaan kiya ke handiyoun ko ulat do aur gadho ke gosht se kuch na khao. Abdullah Bin Abi Aoufa r.a ne kaha ke humare khayal k mutabiq Rasool Allah ﷺ ne isliye mana farmaya ke inse abhi Khumas nahi nikala gaya tha. Kuch logo ka khayal tha ke Nabi ﷺ ne qatai taur par gadho ka gosht haram qarar diya hai. Raawi-e-Hadees kehte hai ke maine Sayeed Bin Jabeer se puchha to unho ne kaha : Aap ﷺ ne qatayi taur par ise haram kar diya tha.
