3. KITAAB-UL-ILM

(1) BAAB : ILM KI FAZILAT

Irshad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai : “Allah Ta’ala tum mein se un logon ko darjaat ke aetebaar se bulandi ata farmaye ga jo imaan laaye aur jinhe ilm diya gaya, aur Allah Ta’ala tumhare aamaal se puri tarah ba-khabr hai.” Iske elawa farman-e-elahi hai : “(Aap kah dijiye) Mere Rabb ! Mere ilm mein izafa farma.”

(2) BAAB : JIS SHAKHS SE KOI ILMI MASLA DARYAAFT KIYA JAAYE AUR WO KISI BAAT MEIN MASROOF HO TO (ISE CHAHIYE KE) WO APNI BAAT PURI KARE PHIR JAWAAB DE

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai : ek martaba Rasool Allah ﷺ majlis mein logon se kuch bayaan kar rahe the ke ek dehaati aap ke paas aaya aur kahne laga : Qayamat kab aayegi ? Rasool Allah ﷺ (ise koi jawaab diye beghair) apni baaton mein masroof rahe (haazireen mein se) kuch log kahne lage : Aap ne dehaati ki baat ko sun to liya hai lekin ise pasand nahi farmaya. aur baaz kahne lage : aisa nahi hai balke aap ne suna hi nahi. jab aap apni guftugu khatm kar chuke to farmaya : “Qayamat ke muta’alliq puchne wala kahan hai ? “Dehaati ne kaha : Haan, Ya Rasool Allah ! Mai haazir hun. Aap ne farmaya : “Jab amanat zaaye kardi jaaye to qayamat ka intezaar karo.” Usne daryaaft kiya : Amanat kis tarah zaaye hogi ? Aap ne farmaya : “Jab (zimme daari ke) kaam na-ahl logon ke supurd kar diye jaaye to qayamat ka intezaar karna.”

(3) BAAB : ILMI BAATEN BA-AWAAZ BULAND KAHNA

۞ Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Ek safar mein Nabi ﷺ hum se piche rah gaye the. phir aap hame is haalat mein mile ke humse Namaz mein dair ho gayi thi aur hum (jaldi jaldi) wajoo kar rahe the. hum apne paaon (khoob dhone ke bajaye un) par masa’ah ki tarah tar haath pherne lage. yeh dekh kar Aapne ba-awaaz buland do (2) ya teen (3) martaba farmaya : “Dojakh mein jaane wali edhiyon par afsos !”

(4) BAAB : MUHADDIS KA (حَدَّثَنَا ، أَخْبَرَنَا وَأَنْبَأَنَا) JAISE ALFAAZ ISTEMAAL KARNA)

Hame Imaam Hameedi ne bataya ke Muhaddis Ibn-e-Uyaina ke nazdeek (حَدَّثَنَا ، أَخْبَرَنَا ، َأَنْبَأَنَا وسمعت) barabar haisiyat rakhte hain. Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Masood r.a. ne kaha : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne hume hadees bayaan farmayi aur Aap saadiq-o-masdooq hain. Hazrat Shaqeeq ne Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Masood r.a. se riwayat kiya ke maine Nabi ﷺ se ek baat suni. Hazrat Huzaifa r.a. kahte hain : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne humse do (2) hadeese bayaan farmayi. Hazrat Abul Aaliya ne riwayat kiya Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se, unhone Nabi ﷺ se aur Aapne apne buzurg-o-bartar Parwardigaar se bayaan kiya. Hazrat Anas r.a. ne Nabi ﷺ se riwayat ki, unhone apne Rabb se bayaan farmaya. Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. ne Nabi ﷺ se riwayat kiya aur kaha : Rasool Allah ﷺ ise tumhare Rabb Azza-wa-jal se bayaan karte hain.

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Darakhton mein ek aisa darakht bhi hai jo kabhi patjhar nahi hota aur Muslaman ko is se tasbiyaah di jaa sakti hai, batao wo koun sa darakht hai ?” Yeh sunn kar Sahaba-e-Kiraam ke khayalaat jungle ke darakhton ki taraf gaye. Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. kahte hain : Mere dil mein khayal aaya ke wo khajoor ka darakht hai, magar mai (kahte huye) sharma gaya. phir Sahaba-e-Kiraam ne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Aap farmaiye wo koun sa darakht hai ? Aap ne farmaya : “wo khajoor ka darakht hai.”

(5) BAAB : ILM-O-SALAHIYAT KA JAYEZA LENE KE LIYE USTAAD KE SHAGIRDON KE SAAMNE KOI MASLA PESH KARNA

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha ke Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Darakhton mein ek darakht aisa hai jiske patte nahi jharte aur wo Musalmaan ke mushaba hai. Mujhe batlaao wo koun sa darakht hai ?” Is par logon ne Sehraayi darakhton ka khayal kiya. Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. kahte hain : Mere dil mein aaya ke wo khajoor ka darakht hai (lekin buzurgon ki maujoodgi mein batane se mujhe sharm aayi.) Aakhir Sahaba-e-Kiraam r.a. ne kaha : Allah ke Rasool ! Aap hi bata dijiye wo koun sa darakht hai ? Aapne farmaya : “wo khajoor ka darakht hai.”

(6) BAAB : TARIKA-E-TAALEEM KA BAYAAN

Irshad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai : “Aap kah dijiye ! Mere Rabb ! Mere ilm mein izafa farma.”

BAAB : SHAGIRD KA USTAAD KE SAAMNE PADHNA AUR PESH KARNA

Iske muta’alliq Hazrat Hasan Basri, Sufyaan Suri aur Imaam Maalik ki raaye hai ke qira’at ala shaikh bhi jayez hai. Imaam Abu Abdullah (bukhari) ne farmaya : Maine Abu Aasim se suna, wo Sufyaan Suri aur Imaam Maalik ke muta’alliq zikr karte the ke yeh Hazraat qira’at ala shaikh aur samaah min shaikh dono tariqon ko jayez aur mutabar qaraar dete the. Ubaidullah bin Musa Hazrat Sufyaan Suri se riwayat karte hain ke jab muhaddis ke saamne padha jaaye to حدثنی aur سمعت mein koi muzaiqa nahi. Aur baaz muhaddiseen ne aalim ke saamne qira’at karne par Hazrat Zemaam bin Sa’alba r.a. ki hadees se istidlaal kiya hai, unhone Rasool Allah ﷺ se sawaal kiya tha ke Allah Ta’ala ne Aapko namazon ki adaigi ka hukm diya hai ? Aapne farmaya tha : “Haan.” Yeh qira’at ala Nabi ﷺ hai. Hazrat Zemaam bin Sa’alba r.a. ne apni qaum ko khabr di aur un logon ne ise jayez qaraar diya. Aur Hazrat Imaam Maalik ne Istaam (dastawez-e-shahadat) se istidlaal kiya hai jo qaum ke saamne padha jaata hai to wo log kahte hain ke hume falaan ne gawaah banaya, halake yeh sirf unke saamne padha gaya tha, nez padhne wala apne ustaad ke saamne padhta hai phir bhi kahta hai ke mujhe falaan ne padhaya. Hazrat Aauf, Hasan Basri se riwayat karte hain, Aapne farmaya : Aalim ke saamne qira’at karne mein koi harj nahi hai, nez Ubaidullah bin Musa Hazrat Sufyaan se nakal karte hain, unhone kaha : Jab muhaddis ke saamne hadees padhi jaaye to phir حدثنی kahne mein koi muzaiqa nahi. Abu Aasim, Hazrat Imaam Maalik aur Hazrat Sufyaan se bayaan karte hain, unhone farmaya : (Shagirdon ka) Aalim ke saamne padhna ya aalim ka (shagirdon ke saamne) padhna, dono barabar hain.

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Ek martaba hum masjid mein Nabi ﷺ ke saath baithe the ke ek oont sawaar aaya aur apne oont ko masjid mein baitha kar baandh diya, phir poochne laga : Tum mein Muhammad (ﷺ) koun hai ? Nabi ﷺ us waqt Sahaba r.a. mein takiya lagaye baithe the. Humne kaha : Yeh safed rang wale, takiya lagaye baithe hain. wo aapse kahne laga : Aye farzand Abdul Muttalib ! Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “(pooch) Mai jawaab deta hun.” usne Nabi ﷺ se kaha : Mai Aapse kuch daryaaft karne wala hun aur us mein sakhti karunga, Aap dil mein mujh par naraaz na hon. Aapne farmaya : “(koi baat nahi) jo chahe pucho !” usne poocha : Mai aapko aapke Parwardigaar aur aapse pahle logon ke maalik ki qasam de kar poochta hun : Kya Allah Ta’ala ne aapko tamaam insaano ki taraf mab’oos kiya hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Haan, Allah gawaah hai.” Phir usne poocha : Mai aapko Allah ki qasam deta hun, Kya Allah Ta’ala ne aapko din raat mein paanch (5) Namaze padhne ka hukm diya hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Haan, Allah shahid hai.” Phir usne kaha : Mai aapko Allah ki qasam deta hun, Kya Allah Ta’ala ne saal bhar mein Ramzan ke Roze rakhne ka hukm diya hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Haan, Allah gawaah hai.” Phir kahne laga : Mai aapko qasam deta hun, Kya Allah Ta’ala ne aapko hukm diya hai ke aap hamare amraa se sadqa le kar hamare fuqraa par taqseem karen ? Aapne farmaya : “Haan, Allah gawaah hai.” Uske baad wo shakhs kahne laga : Mai is (shariyat) par imaan laata hun jo aap laaye hain. Mai apni qaum ka numainda ban ka haazir-e-khidmat hua hun. Mera naam Zamaam bin Salabah hai aur qabila Sa’ad bin Bakr se ta’alluq rakhta hun.
Is hadees ko Musa aur Ali bin Abdul Hameed ne bhi Sulemaan aur Saabit ke waaste se Hazrat Anas r.a. se marfu’an bayaan kiya hai.

(7) BAAB : MUNAWALA KA BAYAAN, NEZ AHL-E-ILM KA ILMI BAATEN LIKH KAR DIGAR SHAHRON MEIN BHEJNE KA ZIKR

Hazrat Anas r.a. ka bayaan hai ke Hazrat Usmaan r.a. ne masahif ki kitabat karayi aur unhe charon taraf bhej diya. Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar, Yahya bin Saeed aur Imaam Maalik ke nazdeek yeh maktaba jayez hai. Baaz Ahl-e- Hejaaz ne munawala ke jawaaz par Nabi ﷺ ki ek hadees se istadlaal kiya hai jabki Aap ne Ameer-e-Lashkar ko ek maktoob diya aur taaqeed farmayi ke falaan maqaam tak pahuchne se qabl tum ise padhna nahi, jab wo is maqaam par pahuch gaye to unhone wo maktoob logon ko padh kar sunaya aur unhe aapke hukm ki ittela di.

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne apna khat ek shakhs ke humraah bheja aur us se farmaya : “Yeh khat behreen ke governor ko pahucha de.” Phir Haakim-e-Behreen ne isko Kisra tak pahucha diya. Kisra ne ise padh kar chaak kar diya. Raawi (Ibn-e-Shahab) ne kaha : Mera khayal hai ke Ibn-e-Musaiyab ne kaha : (is waqia ko sunn kar) Rasool Allah ﷺ ne unke liye baddua ki ke wo har tarah reza reza kar diye jaayen.

۞ Hazrat Anas bin Maalik r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ ne ek khat likha, ya likhne ka irada farmaya, to Aap se kaha gaya : wo log beghair muhar laga khat nahi padhte. Tab Aap ne chaandi ki ek angoothi banwayi jis par ” Muhammad Rasool Allah” ke alfaaz kanda the. Hazrat Anas r.a. ka bayaan hai ke (iski khubsurati meri nazar mein khab gayi) goya mai ab bhi Aapke haath mein iski safedi ko dekh raha hun.
(Shaiba kahte hain) Maine Qatada se pucha : is par “Muhammad Rasool Allah” ke alfaaz kanda the, yeh alfaaz kiske bayaan karda hain ? Unhone kaha : Hazrat Anas r.a. ke.

(8) BAAB : ILMI MAJALIS MEIN JO SHAKHS MAJLIS KE AAKHIR HI MEIN BAITH GAYA AUR JISNE HALQE KE ANDER JAGAH DEKHI AUR WAHAN JAA KAR BAITHA

۞ Hazrat Abu Waaqid Laishi r.a. se riwayat hai, ek martaba Rasool Allah ﷺ masjid mein logon ke humraah baithe huye the, itne mein teen (3) aadmi aaye. Un mein se do (2) to Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas aa gaye aur ek waapas chala gaya. Raawi ne kaha ke wo dono kuch dair Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas thahre rahe. Un mein se ek ne halqe mein gunjayis dekhi to baith gaya aur dusra sabse piche baith gaya, teesra to waapas hi jaa chuka tha. Jab Rasool Allah ﷺ (wa’az se) faarigh huye to farmaya : “Kya mai tumhe un teeno aadmiyon ka haal na bataun ? Un mein se ek ne Allah ki taraf panaah li to Allah ne bhi use apni taraf jagah de di aur dusra sharmaya to Allah ne bhi us se sharm ki aur teesre ne roo-gardaani ki to Allah Ta’ala ne bhi us se aeraaz farmaya.”

(9) BAAB : IRSHAD-E-NABAWI : “BASA AUQAAT WO SHAKHS JISE HADEES PAHUCHAYI JAAYE, WO SUNNE WALE SE ZYADA YAAD RAKHNE WALA HOTA HAI” KA BAYAAN

۞ Hazrat Abu Bakra r.a. se riwayat hai, ek dafa Nabi ﷺ apne oont par baithe huye the aur ek shakhs uski nakel ya baag thaame huye tha, Aapne farmaya : “Yeh koun sa din hai ?” Humlog is khayal se khamosh rahe ke shayad Aap iske asal naam ke elawa koi aur naam batayenge. Aapne farmaya : “Yeh Qurbani ka din nahi ?” Hum ne arz kiya : Kyu nahi. Phir aapne farmaya : “Yeh koun sa mahina hai ?” Hum phir is khayal se chup rahe ke shayad Aap iska koi aur naam rakhenge. Aap ne farmaya : “Kya yeh Maah-e-Dul Hijjah nahi ?” Hum ne kaha : Kyu nahi. Tab Aapne farmaya : “Tumhare khoon, tumhare maal aur tumhari aabruyen ek dusre par isi tarah haraam hain jaisa ke tumhare yahan is shahar aur is mahine mein is din ki hurmat hai. chahiye ke jo yahan haazir hai wo gayeb ko yeh khabr pahucha de, isliye ke shayad haazir aise shakhs ko khabr karde jo is baat ko us se zyada yaad rakhe.”

(10) BAAB : ILM KA MARTABA GAFTAAR-O-KIRDAAR SE PAHLE HAI

Irshad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai : “Aap jaan len ke Allah ke siwa koi mabood-e-haqeeqi nahi (aur apne gunahon se astaghfar karen.”) Allah Ta’ala ne ilm se ibteda ki hai aur ulema, Hazarat Ambiya a.s. ke waaris hain. Un Ambiya ne wirasat mein ilm chhora hai. Jisne is ilm ko haasil kiya, usne Ambiya ki meeraas ka waafar hissa haasil kar liya aur jo shakhs husool-e-ilm ke liye kisi raaste par gaamzan hoga, Allah Ta’ala uske liye Jannat ka raasta aasaan farma dega, nez Irshad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai : “Allah Ta’ala se uske bando mein se sirf ulema hi darte hain.” Nez farmaya : “Qur’an ki bayaan karda misaalo ko sirf ulema hi samajhte hain.” “Ahl-e-Jahannam kahenge : Agar hum sunte aur aqal rakhte to dojakh walo mein na hote.” Nez farmaya : “Kya jaahil aur aalim barabar ho sakte hain ?” Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Jis shakhs ke saath Allah Ta’ala bhalayi ka irada farmata hai, use deeni maamlaat mein baseerat ata kar deta hai.” aur “ilm to seekhne se hi aata hai.”
Hazrat Abu Zar r.a. ne apni gaddi ki taraf ishara karte huye farmaya : Agar tum shamsheer-e-baraan meri gardan par rakh do aur mujhe gumaan ho ke mai gardan alag hone se pahle pahle apni zabaan se koi aisa kalma bayaan kar sakuga jise maine Nabi ﷺ se suna hai, to mai zaroor us kalme ko ada karunga.
Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne (كُونُوا رَبَّانِيِّينَ) ki tafseer mein irshad farmaya : danishwar, ahl-e-ilm aur fuqaha ban jaao. aur yeh bhi kaha jaata hai ke rabani wo hai jo bade masayel se qabl chote chote masayel se logon ki tarbiyat kare.

(11) BAAB : NABI ﷺ WAAZ-O-TAALEEM MEIN (MAUQA-O-MAHAL KA) KHAYAL RAKHTE TAAKE LOG TANFAR NA HO JAAYEN

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ hamare ukta jaane ke andeshe se hame waaz-o-nasihat karne ke liye waqt aur mauqa-o-mahal ka khayal rakhte the.

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai, Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “(deen mein) aasani karo, sakhti na karo aur logon ko khush khabri sunao, unhe (dara dara kar) tanfar na karo.”

(12) BAAB : AHL-E-ILM KE LIYE TAALEEMI AUQAAT KI TA’AYYUN KARNA

۞ Hazrat Abu Wayel se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Abdullah Ibn-e-Masood r.a. har jumeraat logon ko wa’az kiya karte the. Ek shakhs ne inse arz kiya : Aye Abdur Rahmaan ! Mai chahta hun ke aap hume rozaana wa’az-o-nasihat farmaya karen. Aapne farmaya : Mujhe is kaam se yeh cheez maaneh hai ke mai tumhe uktahat mein nahi daalna chahta aur mai pand-o-nasihat mein tumhare zajbaat ka khayal rakhta hun jis tarah Nabi ﷺ wa’az karte waqt hamare zajbaat ka khayal rakhte the taake hum ukta na jaayen.

(13) BAAB : JISKE SAATH ALLAH BHALAYI CHAHTA HAI USE DEEN KI SAMAJH ATA FARMA DETA HAI

۞ Hazrat Muawiya r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone dauraan-e-khutba mein kaha : Maine Nabi ﷺ ko yeh farmate huye suna “Allah Ta’ala jiske saath bhalayi chahta hai use deen ki samajh enaayat kar deta hai. aur mai to sirf taqseem karne wala hun aur dene wala to Allah hi hai. Aur (islam ki) yeh jama’at hamesha Allah ke hukm par qaayam rahegi, jo inka mukhalif hoga inhe nuksaan nahi pahucha sakega yahan tak ke Allah ka hukm, yaani Qayamat aa jaaye.”

(14) BAAB : ILM MEIN FAHAM-O-BASEERAT KA BAYAAN

۞ Hazrat Mujahid kahte hain : Mai Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. ke saath madine tak raha lekin maine unhe ek hadees ke siwa aur koi cheez Rasool Allah ﷺ se bayaan karte huye nahi suna. Unhone kaha : Hum Nabi ﷺ ke paas baithe the ke Aapki khidmat mein khajoor ka gooda laaya gaya. Aapne farmaya : “Darakhton mein ek aisa darakht hai jiski misaal musalman ki tarah hai.” Maine irada kiya ke bataun wo khajoor hai lekin mai logon mein sabse chhota tha, isliye khamosh raha. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “wo khajoor ka darakht hai.”

(15) BAAB : ILM-O-HIKMAT MEIN RASHK KARNA

Hazrat Umar r.a. ne farmaya : Sardaar banne se pahle ilm haasil karo. Abu Abdullah (Imaam Bukhari Rahma Allah) farmate hain : Sardaar banne ke baad bhi ilm haasil karo, kyunki Rasool Allah ﷺ ke Sahaba-e-Kiraam r.a. ne badi umar mein ilm haasil kiya.

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Masood r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Rashk jayez nahi magar do (2) (aadmiyon ki) khaslaton par : ek us shakhs (ki aadat) par jise Allah Ta’ala ne maal diya ho aur wo ise Raah-e-Haqq mein kharch karta ho. aur dusre us shakhs (ki aadat) par jise Allah ne (Qur’an-o-Hadees ka) ilm de rakha ho aur wo uske mutabik faisle karta ho aur logon ko uski taaleem deta ho.”

(16) BAAB : HAZRAT MUSA A.S. KA DARYA MEIN HAZRAT KHIZR A.S. KE PAAS JAANE KA BAYAAN

Irshad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai : “(Musa a.s. ne us se kaha 🙂 Kya (is shart par) mai tera itteba kar sakta hun ke tu mujhe isme se sikhaaye jo tujhe bhalayi sikhaayi gayi hai.”

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ke unka aur Hazrat Harban Qais bin Hasan Al-Fazaari r.a. ka Hazrat Musa a.s. ke saathi ke muta’alliq ikhtelaaf ho gaya. Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne farmaya : Wo saathi Hazrat Khizr hain. Isi asna mein Hazrat Abi bin Ka’ab r.a. ka inke paas se guzar hua to Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne unhe bulaaya aur kaha ke mera aur mere is saathi ka Hazrat Musa a.s. ke us hum-nasheen ke muta’alliq baahami ikhtelaaf ho gaya hai jiski mulaqaat ke liye Musa a.s. ne raasta daryaaft kiya tha. Kya aapne Nabi ﷺ se iske muta’alliq kuch suna hai ? Unhone kaha : Haan, Maine Rasool Allah ﷺ ko yeh farmate huye suna hai : “Ek din Musa a.s. Bani Israel ki ek jama’at mein tashreef farma the, itne mein ek aadmi aaya aur aapse daryaaft kiya ke aap kisi shakhs ko apne se zyada aalim jaante hain ? Hazrat Musa a.s. ne farmaya : Nahi. Is par Allah Ta’ala ne Hazrat Musa a.s. par wahi naazil farmayi : Kyun Nahi ! Hamara banda Khizr (tumse zyada daana hai.) Hazrat Musa a.s. ne Allah Ta’ala se arz ki : Us se milne ki kya surat hai ? Allah Ta’ala ne ek machhli ko unse mulaqaat ki alaamat qaraar diya aur unse kah diya ke jab tum machhli ko ghum paao to fauran waapas laut padna kyunki wahan qareeb hi tumhari us se mulaqaat hogi. Uske baad Musa a.s. chale aur darya mein machhli ki alaamat talaash karte rahe. Phir (ek maqaam par) Musa a.s. se unke khaadim ne kaha ke aapne dekha ke jab hum patthar ke paas baithe the to mai (wahin) machhli ko bhool gaya aur shaitan ne hi mujhe uska zikr bhulaya. Musa a.s. ne farmaya : Yahi to wo cheez thi jiske hum mutalaashi the, chunanche wo dono apne naqse haaye qadam talaash karte huye un par waapas huye to Hazrat Khizr a.s. se mulaqaat ho gayi. Phir un dono ka wahi qissa hai jo Allah Azza-wa-jal ne apni kitaab mein bayaan farmaya hai.”

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Mai ek din gadhi par sawaar ho kar aaya. Is waqt mai qareeb-ul-buloogh tha. Aur Rasool Allah ﷺ Mena mein kisi diwaar ko saamne kiye beghair Namaz padha rahe the. Mai ek saff ke aage se guzra aur gadhi ko charne ke liye chhor diya aur khud saff mein shamil ho gaya. Mujh par kisi ne aeteraaz nahi kiya.

(19) BAAB : HUSOOL-E-ILM KE LIYE SAFAR KARNA

Hazrat Jaabir bin Abdullah r.a. ne ek hadees ke liye Hazrat Abdullah bin Unees r.a. ki taraf ek maah ki musafat ka safar kiya.

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ke unka aur Hazrat Harban Qais bin Hasan Al-Fazaari r.a. ka Musa a.s. ke hum-nasheen ke muta’alliq ikhtelaaf ho gaya. Der-e-asna unke paas se Hazrat Abi bin Ka’ab r.a. guzre. Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne unhe bulaa liya aur farmaya ke mera aur mere is saathi ka Hazrat Musa a.s. ke hum-nasheen ke muta’alliq ikhtelaaf ho gaya hai jinse mulaqaat ke liye Hazrat Musa a.s. ne raasta pucha tha. Kya Aapne Rasool Allah ﷺ se unke haalaat ke muta’alliq kuch suna hai ? Hazrat Abi bin Ka’ab r.a. ne farmaya : Haan, Maine Nabi ﷺ ko unke haalaat bayaan karte huye suna hai. Aap farmate the : “Ek martaba Musa a.s. Bani Israel ki ek jama’at mein the. Achanak ek aadmi aaya aur kahne laga : Kya aap kisi ko apne se zyada aalim jaante hain ? Hazrat Musa a.s. ne farmaya : Nahi. tab Allah Ta’ala ne Hazrat Musa a.s. par wahi naazil farmayi : Kyun nahi ! Hamara banda khizr (aapse zyada aalim hai.) Hazrat Musa a.s. ne Allah se unki mulaqaat ka raasta poocha. Allah Ta’ala ne machhli ko unke liye nishaan muqarrar kar diya aur unse kah diya gaya ke jab tum machhli ko ghum paao to waapas laut aana, qareeb hi kahin tumhari us se mulaqaat ho jaayegi. Hazrat Musa a.s. darya mein machhli ki alaamat talaash karte rahe. Tab Hazrat Musa a.s. ke khaadim ne unse arz ki : Kya aapne dekha tha jab hum patthar ke paas thahre the to mai (wahin) machhli ko bhool gaya aur mujhe shaitan hi ne bataane se ghafil kar diya. Hazrat Musa a.s. ne farmaya : yahi to wo cheez thi jiske hum mutalaashi the, chunanche wo dono apne naqse haaye qadam talaash karte huye un par waapas huye to wahan Hazrat Khizr se mulaqaat ho gayi. Phir aage unka qissa wahi hai jo Allah Ta’ala ne apni kitaab mein bayaan farmaya hai.

(20) BAAB : ILM SIKHNE AUR SIKHAANE WALE KI FAZILAT

۞ Hazrat Abu Musa Ash’ari r.a. Nabi ﷺ se bayaan karte hain ke Aapne farmaya : “Allah Ta’ala ne jo hidayat-o-ilm mujhe de kar bheja hai, iski misaal tez baarish ki si hai jo zameen par barse. Saaf aur umdah zameen to paani ko jazb kar leti hai aur bahut sa ghaas aur sabza ugaati hai, jabki sakht zameen paani ko rokti hai. Phir Allah Ta’ala us se logon ko faida pahuchata hai. Log khud bhi peete hain aur jaanwaron ko bhi sairaab karte hain aur uske zariye se kheti baari bhi karte hain. Aur kuch baarish aise hisse par barsi jo saaf aur chatyal maidaan tha. Wo na to paani ko rokta hai aur na sabza hi ugaata hai. Pas yahi misaal us shakhs ki hai jisne Allah ke deen mein samajh haasil ki aur jo taalimaat de kar Allah Ta’ala ne mujhe mab’oos kiya hai, unse ise faida hua, yaani usne unhe khud sikha aur dusro ko sikhaya. Aur yahi us shakhs ki misaal hai jisne sar tak na uthaya aur Allah ki hidayat ko jo mai de kar bheja gaya hun, qubool na kiya.”
Abu Abdullah (Imaam Bukhari Rahma Allah) farmate hain : Imaam Ishaaq bin Rahoya ne jab is hadees ko bayaan kiya to unhone (وکان منھا طاثفہ قیلت الماہ) ke alfaaz nakal kiye hain, nez قاع (jiski jamah qiyaan hai) is zameen ko kahte hain jis par paani chadhta hua guzar jaaye aur صفصف is zameen ko kahte hain jo barabar aur humwaar ho.

(21) BAAB : ILM KA UTH JAANA AUR JAHALAT KA AAM HO JAANA

Rabiya Raaye ka irshad hai ke kisi aise shakhs ke liye jiske paas ilm ka kuch bhi hissa hai, yeh durust nahi ke wo apne aapko zaayeh karde.

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Yeh Qayamat ki alaamaton mein se hai ke ilm uth jaayega aur jahalat phail jaayegi. Sharaab ba-kasrat nosh ki jaayegi aur zinakaari aam ho jaayegi.”

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se hi riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Mai tumhe ek aisi hadees sunaata hun jo mere baad tumhe koi nahi sunaaye ga. Maine Rasool Allah ﷺ ko farmate huye suna : “Qayamat ki nishaaniyon mein se hai ke ilm-e-deen kam ho jaayega aur jahalat ghalib ho jaayegi. Zinakaari aam ho jaayegi. Auraten zyada aur Mard kam ho jaayenge yahan tak ke ek mard pachaas (50) auraton ka kafeel hoga.”

(22) BAAB : FAZILAT-E-ILM KA BAYAAN

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine Rasool Allah ﷺ se suna, Aap farma rahe the : “Mai ek martaba so raha tha ke mere saamne doodh ka pyala laaya gaya. Maine use pee liya yahan tak ke sairaabi mere naakhuno se zaahir hone lagi. Phir maine apne bacha hua doodh Umar bin khattab r.a. ko de diya.” Sahaba-e-kiraam r.a. ne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Aapne iski kya taabeer ki ? Aapne farmaya : “Iski taabeer “ilm” hai.”

(23) BAAB : SAWAARI WAGAIRAH PAR SAWAAR RAH KAR FATWA DENA

۞ Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar bin Aas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ Hajjatul wida ke mauqe par mena mein un logon ke liye khade the jo Aapse masayel pooch rahe the. Ek shakhs aaya aur kahne laga : Mujhe khayal nahi raha, Maine qurbani se pahle apna sar mundwa liya hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Ab zabaah karlo, kuch mazaika nahi.” Phir ek shakhs aaya aur arz kiya : Laa-ilmi mein maine Ramee se pahle qurbani kar li hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Ab Ramee karlo, koi harj nahi.” (Abdullah bin Umar bin Aas r.a. kahte hain 🙂 Us din aapse jis baat ki baabat bhi poocha gaya jo kisi ne pahle kar li ya baad mein, to aapne farmaya : “Ab karlo, kuch harj nahi.”

(24) BAAB : JISNE HAATH YA SAR KE ISHARE SE FATWA KA JAAWAB DIYA

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Hajjatul wida ke mauqe par Nabi ﷺ se poocha gaya : Maine Ramee se pahle zabaah kar liya hai ? Aapne haath se ishara farmaya : “Koi gunaah nahi.” Phir kisi ne kaha : Maine zabaah se pahle apna sar mundwa liya hai ? Aapne haath se ishara farmaya : “Koi gunaah nahi hai.”

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. Nabi ﷺ se bayaan karte hain, Aapne farmaya : “Aainda zamane mein ilm utha liya jaayega, jahalat aur Fitne aam honge aur Harj zyada hoga.” Arz kiya gaya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Harj kya cheez hai ? Aapne apne Dast-e-Mubarak se is tarah tirchha ishara karke farmaya, goya aapki muraad Qatl thi.

۞ Hazrat Asma bint Abi Bakr r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Mai Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ke paas aayi jabki wo namaz padh rahi thi. Maine kaha : Logon ka kya haal hai, yaani wo pareshan kyun hain ? Unhone aasmaan ki taraf ishara kiya, (yaani dekho suraj ko garhan laga hua hai.) Itne mein log (namaz-e-kusoof ke liye) khade huye to Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne kaha : Subhan Allah : Maine poocha (yeh garhan) kiya koi (azaab ya qayamat ki) alaamat hai ? Unhone sar se ishara kiya : Haan, phir mai bhi (namaz ke liye) khadi ho gayi hatta ke mujh par gashi taari hone lagi, to maine apne sar par paani daalna shuru kar diya. Phir (jab namaz khatm ho chuki to) Nabi ﷺ ne Allah Ta’ala ki Hamd-o-Sana ki aur farmaya : “Jo cheezen ab tak mujhe nahi dikhaayi gayi thi, unhe maine apni is jagah se dekh liya hai hatta ke jannat aur dojakh ko bhi. Aur meri taraf yeh wahi bheji gayi ke qabron mein tumhari aazmaish hogi, jaise Maseeh Dajjaal ya uske qareeb qareeb fitne se aazmaaye jaaoge……. (Raawiya Hadees Fatima ne kaha 🙂 Mujhe yaad nahi ke Hazrat Asma r.a. ne in (lafz misl aur qareeb) mein se koun sa kalma kaha tha……. Aur kaha jaayega ke tujhe is shakhs, yaani Rasool Allah ﷺ se kya waaqfiyat hai ? Imaandaar ya yaqeen rakhne wala……. (Fatima ne kaha 🙂 Mujhe yaad nahi ke Hazrat Asma r.a. ne in dono (momin ya moqin) mein se koun sa kalma kaha tha……. Kahega ke wo Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ Allah ke Rasool hain jo hamare paas khuli nishaaniyan aur hidayat le kar aaye the. Humne unka kaha maana aur unki pairwi ki. Wo Muhammad ﷺ hain. Teen (3) baar aisa hi kahega, chunanche us se kaha jaayega : tu maze se soja, beshak humne jaan liya ke tu Muhammad ﷺ par imaan rakhta hai. Aur munafiq ya shak karne wala……. (Fatima ne kaha 🙂 Mujhe yaad nahi ke Hazrat Asma r.a. ne in (lafz munafiq ya murtaab) mein se koun sa kalma kaha tha……. Kahe ga : Mai kuch nahi jaanta, haan logon ko jo kahte suna, mai bhi wahi kahne laga.”

(25) BAAB : NABI ﷺ KA WAFAD ABDUL QAIS KO IS PAR AAMADA KARNA KE WO IMAAN AUR ILM KI HIFAZAT KAREN AUR UNSE IN LOGON KO MUTLAH KAREN JO INKE PICHHE HAIN

Hazrat Maalik bin Huwairis r.a. ne kaha : Nabi ﷺ ne humse farmaya : “Ab tumlog apne ahl-e-khana ki taraf waapas laut jaao aur unhe taaleem do.”

۞ Hazrat Abu Jamrah se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Mai Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. aur logon ke darmiyaan tarjumaani ke farayez anjaam deta tha. Ek martaba Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne farmaya : Qabila Abdul Qais ka wafad Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein aaya to Aapne farmaya : “Koun sa wafad hai ya yeh koun log hain ?” Unhone kaha : Rabiya khandaan se. Aapne qaum ya wafad ko kaha : “Khush Aamdeed, na ruswa huye aur na nidamat hi ki koi baat hai.” Unhone arz kiya : Hum bahut door daraaz ki musafat se Aapki khidmat mein haazir huye hain. Hamare aur Aapke darmiyaan kuffaar-e-muzar ka yeh qabila haayel hai, isliye hum hurmat wale mahino ke elawa kisi aur mahine mein Aapke paas nahi aa sakte, lehaza Aap hume koi aisa kaam bata dijiye ke hum apne pichhe rahne walo ko is se mutlah kar den aur iske sabab hum jannat mein daakhil ho jaayen. Aapne unhe chaar (4) cheezon ka hukm diya aur chaar (4) cheezon se mana farmaya. Aapne unhe ek Allah par imaan laane ka hukm diya. Phir farmaya : “Tum jaante ho ek Allah par imaan laane ka kya matlab hai ?” Unhone arz kiya : Allah aur uske Rasool hi zyada jaanne wale hain. Aapne farmaya : “Is baat ki gawahi dena ke Allah ke siwa koi Mabood-e-Haqeeqi nahi aur Muhammad Allah ke Rasool hain, Namaz qaayam karna, Zakaat ada karna aur Ramzan ke roze rakhna aur Maal-e-ghanimat mein se paanchwa hissa ada karna.” Aur unhe dubaaye, khantum aur muzaffat ke istemaal se mana farmaya. Shaiba ka bayaan hai ke kabhi kabhi Abu Jamrah ne iske saath naqeer ka bhi zikr kiya aur kabhi muzaffat ki jagah muqeer kaha. Phir Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Tum inhe khoob yaad rakho aur un logon ko mutlah karo jo tumhare pichhe rah gaye hain.”

(26) BAAB : DARPESH MASLE KE LIYE SAFAR KARNA (AUR APNE AHL KO TAALEEM DENA)

۞ Hazrat Uqba bin Haaris r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone Abu Wahaab bin Azeez ki beti se nikaah kiya to ek aurat aayi aur kahne lagi ke maine Uqba aur uski biwi ko doodh pilaaya hai. Hazrat Uqba ne kaha : Mujhe to ilm nahi ke tune mujhe doodh pilaaya hai aur na pahle tune iski khabr di. Phir Hazrat Uqba sawaar ho kar Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas madina munawwara aa gaye aur Aapse masla poocha. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “(Tu us aurat se) kaise (sohbat karega) jabke aisi baat kahi gayi hai ?” Aakhir Uqba ne us aurat ko chhor diya aur usne kisi dusre shakhs se nikaah kar liya.

(27) BAAB : TAHSEEL-E-ILM KE LIYE BAARI MUQARRAR KARNA

۞ Hazrat Umar bin Khattab r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Mai aur mera ek ansari padosi Banu Umaiyya bin Zaid ke gaaon mein raha karte the jo madine ki (mashriqi jaanib) bulandi ki taraf tha. Hum Rasool Allah ﷺ ki khidmat mein baari baari aate the. Ek din wo aata aur ek din mai. Jis din mai aata, us roz ki wahi wagairah ka haal mai ise bata deta aur jis din wo aata to wo bhi aisa hi karta. Ek din aisa hua ke mera ansari dost apni baari par gaya. (Jab waapas aaya to) usne mere darwaaje par zor se dastak di aur kahne laga ke wo (Umar) yahan hain ? Mai ghabra kar bahar aaya to wo bola : Aaj ek bahut bada saanha hua hai. (Rasool Allah ﷺ ne apni ajwaaz ko talaaq de di hai.) Mai Hafsa r.a. ke paas gaya to wo ro rahi thi. Maine kaha : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne tumhe talaaq de di hai ? Wo boli : Mujhe ilm nahi hai. Phir mai Nabi ﷺ ke paas haazir hua aur khade khade arz ki : Aaya Aapne apni biwiyon ko talaaq de di hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Nahi.” To maine (maare khushi ke) Allahu Akbar kaha.

(28) BAAB : KISI NA-PASANDIDA BAAT PAR WA’AZ-O-TAALEEM KE WAQT IZHAAR-E-NARAAZGI KARNA

۞ Hazrat Abu Masood Ansari r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek shakhs ne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Mere liye namaz ba-jama’at padhna mushkil ho gaya hai kyunki falaan sahab namaz bahut lambi padhaate hain. (Abu Masood Ansari r.a. kahte hain 🙂 Maine Nabi ﷺ ko nasihat ke waqt us din se zyada kabhi gusse mein nahi dekha. Aapne farmaya : “Logo ! Tum deen se nafrat dilaane wale ho, dekho jo koi logon ko namaz padhaye, use chahiye ke takhfeef kare kyunki un (muqtadiyon) mein bimaar, na-tawaan aur sahab-e-haajat bhi hote hain.”

۞ Hazrat Zaid bin Khalid Zohni r.a. se riwayat hai ke ek shakhs ne Nabi ﷺ se giri huyi cheez ke muta’alliq daryaaft kiya. Aapne farmaya : “Uske bandhan ya bartan aur thaili ki pahchan rakh aur ek saal tak logon se poochta rah, phir us se faida utha. Is dauraan mein agar uska Maalik aa jaaye to uske hawaale kar de.” Phir is shakhs ne poocha ke gumshuda oont ka kya hukm hai ? Yeh sunn kar Aap is qadr gussa huye ke Aapke rukhsar mubarak surkh ho gaye, Aapka Chehra-e-Mubarak surkh ho gaya (Raawi ko shak hai.) Aur farmaya : “Tujhe oont se kya garz hai ? Uski mushk aur uska moja uske saath hai, jab paani par pahuche ga, paani pee lega aur darakht se char lega, use chhor de yahan tak ke uska maalik use doondh le.” Phir is shakhs ne kaha : Achcha, gumshuda bakri ? Aapne farmaya : “Wo tumhari ya tumhare bhai (maalik) ki ya bheriye ki hai.”

۞ Hazrat Abu Musa Ash’ari r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ se chand aisi baaten poochi gayi jo Aapke mijaaz ke khilaaf thi. Jab is qism ke sawalaat ki Aapke saamne taqraar ki gayi to Aapko gussa aa gaya, phir logon se farmaya : “Achcha jo chaaho mujhse poocho.” Is par ek shakhs ne arz kiya : Mera baap koun hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Tera baap Huzaifa hai.” Phir dusre shakhs ne khade ho kar kaha : Ya Rasool Allah ! Mera baap koun hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Tera baap Saalim hai jo Shaiba ka ghulaam hai.” Phir jab Hazrat Umar r.a. ne Aapke Chehra-e-Mubarak par Aasaar-e-Ghazab dekhe to kahne lage : Ya Rasool Allah ! Hum Allah Azza-wa-jal ki baargaah mein tauba karte hain.

(29) BAAB : MUHADDIS YA IMAAM KE SAAMNE DO-ZAANU BAITHNE KA BAYAAN

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ tashreef laaye to Hazrat Abdullah bin Huzaifa r.a. ne khade ho kar sawaal kiya : Mere waalid koun hain ? Aapne farmaya : “Tumhare waalid Huzaifa hain.” Phir Aapne baar baar farmaya : “Mujhse daryaaft karo.” Hazrat Umar r.a. do-zaanu baith gaye aur kahne lage : Hum Allah ke Rabb hone, Islam ke deen hone aur Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ ke Nabi hone par khush hain. To Rasool Allah ﷺ khamosh ho gaye.

(30) BAAB : KHOOB SAMJHAANE KE LIYE EK BAAT KO TEEN (3) MARTABA DOHRANA

Aapne farmaya : “Aagaah raho aur jhoot bolna…….” In kalimaat ko baar baar dohraate rahe. Ibn-e-Umar r.a. ka bayaan hai : Nabi ﷺ ne teen (3) martaba yeh farmaya : “Kya maine Fariza-e-Tableegh ada kar diya ?”

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai, wo Nabi ﷺ se bayaan karte hain ke Aap jab salaam karte to teen (3) baar salaam karte aur jab koi baat farmate to use teen (3) martaba dohraate (taake ise khoob samajh liya jaaye.)

Phir jab Aap hume aa mile jabke Asr ka waqt ho chuka tha aur hum wajoo kar rahe the, chunanche hum apne pairon par paani ka haath pherne lage to Aapne ba-aawaaz-e-buland do (2) ya teen (3) martaba farmaya : “Edhiyon ke liye aag se kharabi hai.”

(31) BAAB : APNI LAUNDIYON AUR AHL-E-KHANA KO TAALEEM DENA

۞ Hazrat Abu Musa Ash’ari r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Teen (3) shakhs aise hain jinhe do-guna sawaab milega : Ek wo shakhs jo Ahl-e-Kitaab mein se apne Nabi par aur phir Muhammad ﷺ par imaan laaya, aur dusra wo ghulaam jo Allah Ta’ala ka aur apne maalkaan ka haqq ada karta raha, aur (teesra) wo shakhs jiske paas uski laundi ho, phir wo use achchi tarah taaleem-o-adab se araasta karke azaad karde, baad azan us se nikaah karle, to ise dohra sawaab milega.

Phir Aamir ne kaha : Yeh Hadees humne tumhe kisi cheez ke baghair hi de di hai warna is se kamtar masle ke liye madine tak ka safar kiya jaata tha.

(32) BAAB : IMAAM KA AURATON KO NASIHAT KARNA AUR UNHE TAALEEM DENA

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Rasool Allah ﷺ (eid ke din mardon ki saff se auraton ki jaanib) nikle aur Aapke humraah Hazrat Bilaal r.a. the, Aapko khayal hua ke shayad auraton tak meri awaaz nahi pahuchi, isliye Aapne unhe nasihat farmayi aur Sadqa-o-Khairaat dene ka hukm diya, to koi Aurat apni baali aur koi apni angoothi daalne lagi aur Hazrat Bilaal r.a. (un zewaraat ko) apne kapde mein jamaa karne lage.
Is hadees ko Ismail (Ibn-e-Alaih) ne Ayyub se, unhone Ataa se, unhone Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat kiya. Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne kaha : Mai Nabi ﷺ par gawahi deta hun.

(33) BAAB : HADEES-E-NABAWI KE HUSOOL KE LIYE HIRS KARNA

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Qayamat ke din Aapki sifarish se koun zyada hissa paayega ? To Aapne farmaya : “Abu Hurairah ! Mujhe yaqeen tha ke tujhse pahle koi mujhse yeh baat nahi poochega, kyunki Mai dekhta hun ke tujhe hadees ki badi hirs hai. Qayamat ke din meri shafa’at se sabse zyada behrawar wo shakhs hoga jisne apne dil ya khuloos niyat se (ﻵ ﺍِﻟَﻪَ ﺍِﻟّﺎ ﺍﻟﻠّﻪُ) kaha hoga.”

(34) BAAB : ILM KIS TARAH UTHA LIYA JAAYEGA ?

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Azeez Rahma Allah ne Abu Bakr bin Hajm ko likha : Dekho ! Jo Rasool Allah ﷺ ki ahadees hain unhe likh lo, isliye ke mujhe ilm mit jaane aur ulema ke khatm hone ka andesha hai. Is silsile mein sirf Nabi ﷺ ki ahadees hi qubool karna. Ulema ko chahiye ke wo ilm ko phailaaye aur ilmi majalis ka ehtemaam karen taaki jaahil bhi jaan len, isliye ke ilm chupaane se hi zaayeh hota hai.

۞ Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar bin Aas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine Rasool Allah ﷺ ko yeh farmate suna : “Allah Ta’ala deen ke ilm ko aise nahi uthaaye ga ke bandon ke seeno se nikaal le balke Ahl-e-ilm ko maut de kar ilm ko uthaaye ga. Jab koi aalim baaqi nahi rahega to log jaahilon ko peshwa bana lenge. Unse masayel pooche jaayenge to wo baghair ilm ke fatwa de kar khud bhi gumraah honge aur dusro ko bhi gumraah karenge.”
Firabri ne is hadees ke mazmoon ko Hishaam se ek dusri sanad se bhi haasil kiya hai.

(35) BAAB : KYA AURATON KI TAALEEM KE LIYE ALEHDA DIN MUQARRAR KIYA JAA SAKTA HAI ?

۞ Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri r.a. se riwayat hai ke chand auraton ne Rasool Allah ﷺ se arz kiya : Mard Aapse faida uthaane mein humse aage badh gaye hain, isliye Aap apni taraf se hamare liye koi din muqarrar farma den. Aapne inki mulaqaat ke liye ek din ka waada kar liya, chunanche us din Aapne unhe nasihat farmayi aur shari’at ke ahkaam bataye. Aapne unhe jo baat talqeen farmayi, un mein se yeh bhi thi : “Tum mein se jo aurat apne teen (3) bachche aage bhej degi to wo uske liye dojakh ki aag se hijaab ban jaayenge.” Ek aurat ne arz kiya : Agar koi do (2) bheje to ? Aapne farmaya : “do (2) ka bhi yahi hukm hai.”

(36) BAAB : EK MASLA SUNNE KE BAAD SAMAJHNE KE LIYE DOBAARA POOCHNA

۞ Ibn-e-Abi Malaika bayaan karte hain ke Nabi ﷺ ki zauja mohtarma Syeda Ayesha r.a. jab koi aisi baat sunti jise samajh na paati to dobaara poochti taake samajh len. Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Qayamat ke din jisse muhaasba hua, use azaab diya jaayega.” To is par Hazrat Ayesha r.a. ne arz kiya : Allah Ta’ala to farmata hai : “Uska hisaab aasaani se liya jaayega.” Aapne farmaya : “(Yeh hisaab nahi hai) balke is se muraad aamaal ki peshi hai, lekin jisse hisaab mein jaanch partaal ki gayi wo yaqeenan halaak ho jaayega.”

(37) BAAB : HAZEREEN KO CHAHIYE KE WO GHAIR HAAZIR LOGON KO ILMI BAATEN PAHUCHA DEN

Yeh baat Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. ne Nabi ﷺ se bayaan ki hai.

۞ Hazrat Abu Shareeh r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone (governor-e-madina) Umaro bin Saeed se kaha jabke wo makkah ki taraf fauj bhej raha tha : Ameer (governor) Sahab ! Mujhe izazat den ke mai tujhe wo hadees sunaun jo Nabi ﷺ ne Fataah Makkah ke dusre din bayaan farmayi thi. Jise mere kaano ne suna, dil ne yaad rakha aur meri dono aankhon ne Aapko dekha jab Aapne yeh hadees bayaan farmayi. Aapne Allah ki Hamd-o-Sana bayaan karne ke baad farmaya : “Makkah (mein jung-o-jidaal karne) ko Allah ne haraam kiya hai logon ne ise haraam nahi kiya, Agar koi shakhs Allah aur aakhirat par imaan rakhta hai to uske liye jayez nahi ke makkah mein khoona rezi kare, ya wahan se koi darakht kaate. Agar koi Shakhs Rasool Allah ﷺ ke qetaal se jawaaz paida kare to us se kah dena ke Allah ne Apne Rasool ko to izazat di thi lekin tumhe nahi di hai. Aur mujhe bhi din mein kuch waqt ke liye izazat thi aur aaj iski hurmat phir waisi hi ho gayi jaise kal thi. Jo shakhs yahan haazir hai use chahiye ke gaayeb ko yeh khabr pahucha de.”
Hazrat Abu Shareeh se poocha gaya : Umaro bin Saeed ne (hadees sunn kar) Kya kaha ? (Unhone farmaya 🙂 Umaro ne kaha : Abu Shareeh ! Mai aapse zyada jaanta hun. Bila shuba makkah kisi gunaahgar ko panaah nahi deta, na kisi ko qatl karke faraar hone wale ko aur na chori karke bhaagne wale ko.

۞ Hazrat Abu Bakra r.a. ne Nabi ﷺ ka zikr kiya ke Aapne farmaya : “Bila shuba tumhari jaane, tumhare amwaal, Muhammad bin Sireen kahte hain : Aapne yeh bhi farmaya : Tumhari izzaten, tum par isi tarah haraam hain jis tarah tumhare aaj ke din ki hurmat tumhare is mahine mein hai. Khabrdaar ! Haazir, gaayeb tak yeh baat pahucha de.” Muhammad bin Sireen farmate hain : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne sach farmaya, aisa hi hua. “Aagaah raho ! Jawaab do, Kya Maine fariza-e-tableegh ada kar diya ?” Aapne aisa do (2) baar farmaya.

(38) BAAB : NABI ﷺ PAR JHOOT BOLNE KA GUNAAH

۞ Hazrat Ali r.a. se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “(Dekho !) Mujh par jhoot na baandhna kyunki jo shakhs mujh par jhoot baandhega, wo yaqeenan dojakh mein jaayega.”

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Zubair r.a. se riwayat hai, wo kahte hain : Maine apne waalid Zubair r.a. se daryaaft kiya : (Waalid mohtaram !) Mai aapko Rasool Allah ﷺ se ahadees bayaan karte huye nahi dekha hun jis tarah falaan falaan bayaan karte hain ? Unhone farmaya : Mai kabhi Rasool Allah ﷺ se alag nahi hua, lekin maine Aapko yeh farmate huye suna hai : “Jo koi mujh par jhoot baandhega, wo apna thikana aag mein bana le.”

Aur yaqeen karo jisne mujhe khwaab mein dekha, usne yaqeenan mujh hi ko dekha hai, kyunki shaitan meri surat mein nahi aa sakta. Aur jo daanista mujh par jhoot baandhe, wo apna thikana jahannam mein bana le.”

(39) BAAB : ILMI BAATEN TAHREER KARNA

۞ Hazrat Abu Juhaifa r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine Hazrat Ali r.a. se daryaaft kiya : Aaya tumhare paas koi kitaab hai ? Unhone farmaya : “Nahi, Haan hamare paas Allah ki kitaab aur wo faham hai jo ek Musalmaan mard ko di jaati hai ya jo kuch is saheefe mein maujood hai. Maine poocha : Is saheefe mein kya hai ? Unhone farmaya : Deet ke ahkaam, qaidi ko churane ka bayaan aur yeh ke kisi Musalmaan ko kaafir ke badle qatl na kiya jaaye.

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai ke fataah makkah ke saal Khuja’ah ne Banu Lais ke ek shakhs ko apne us maqtool ke badle mein qatl kar diya jise Banu Lais ne qatl kiya tha. Nabi ﷺ ko iski ittela di gayi, Aap apni ootni par sawaar huye aur ek khutba diya : “Allah Ta’ala ne Makkah se qatl ya feel (haathi) ko rok diya. Imaam Bukhari ne kaha : Abu Naeem ne aise hi (shak ke saath) kaha hai. Aur Rasool Allah ﷺ aur Ahl-e-Imaan ko un (kaafiron) par ghalib kar diya gaya. Khabrdaar ! Makkah mujhse pahle kisi ke liye halaal nahi hua aur na mere baad kisi ke liye halaal hoga. Aagaah raho ! Yeh mere liye bhi din mein ek ghadi ke liye halaal hua tha. Khabrdaar ! Wo is waqt bhi haraam hai. Wahan ke kaante na kaate jaayen, na uske darakht qatah kiye jaayen, elaan karne wale ke elawa wahan ki giri huyi cheez koi na uthaaye. Aur jiska koi azeez maara jaaye, use do (2) mein se ek ka ikhteyaar hai : Deet qubool karle ya qisaas dilwaya jaaye.” Itne mein ek yamni shakhs aaya aur usne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! (Yeh masayel) mujhe likh dijiye. Aapne farmaya : “Achcha Abu Falaan ko likh do.” Quraish ke ek shakhs ne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! (اذخر اذخر) (khushboo daar ghaas, yaani iske kaatne ki izazat dijiye), isliye ke hum use apni gharon aur qabron mein istemaal karte hain. To Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Haan magar اذخر.” Yaani wo kaat sakte ho.

۞ Hazrat Hemaam bin Munbah se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. ko yeh farmate huye suna ke Nabi ﷺ ke Sahaba-e-Kiraam r.a. mein Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. ke elawa aur koi mujhse zyada hadeesen bayaan karne wala nahi, kyunki wo likha karte the mai likhta nahi tha. Dusri sanad se Hazrat Muammir ne Wahab bin Munbah ki mutabiat ki hai, wo Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se wabasta Hemaam bin Munbah riwayat karte hain.

۞ Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ bahut bimaar ho gayen to Aapne farmaya : “Likhne ka samaan laao taake mai tumhare liye ek tahreer likh dun jiske baad tum gumraah nahi hoge.” Hazrat Umar r.a. ne kaha : Nabi ﷺ par bimaari ka ghalba hai aur hamare paas Allah ki kitaab maujood hai, wo hame kaafi hai. Logon ne ikhtelaaf shuru kar diya aur shor-o-gul mach gaya. Tab Aapne farmaya : “Mere paas se uth jaao, Mere yahan ladayi jhagre ka kya kaam hai ?”
Phir Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. nikle, farmate the : Tamaam masayeb se badi musibat wo hai jo Rasool Allah ﷺ aur Aapki tahreer ke darmiyaan haayel ho gayi.

(40) BAAB : RAAT KO ILM-O-NASIHAT KI BAATEN KARNA

۞ Hazrat Umm-e-Salma r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Nabi ﷺ ek raat bedaar huye aur farmaya : “Subhan Allah ! Aaj raat kitne fitne naazil kiye gaye aur kitne khazane khole gaye. Un hujron mein sone waaliyon ko jagaao, kyunki duniya mein bahut si kapde pahanne waaliyan aisi hain jo aakhirat mein barhana hongi.”

(41) BAAB : RAAT KO ILMI BAATEN KARNA

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ ne apni aakhiri umar mein hame Namaz-e-Esha padhayi. Salaam ke baad jab khade huye to farmaya : “Tum is raat ki ahmiyat ko jaante ho, aaj ki raat se sau (100) baras baad koi shakhs, jo ab zameen par maujood hai, zinda nahi rahega.”

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Maine ek raat Nabi ﷺ ki zauja mohtarma, apni khaala Hazrat Maimuna bint Haaris r.a. ke yahan basar ki. Us raat Nabi ﷺ bhi unhi ke paas the. Nabi ﷺ ne Esha (masjid mein) ada ki, phir apne ghar tashreef laaye aur chaar (4) rika’at padh kar so rahe. Phir bedaar huye aur farmaya : “Kya bachcha so gaya hai ?” Ya is se milti julti baat farmayi. Aur phir namaz padhne lage, Mai bhi Aapki baayen jaanib khada ho gaya. Aapne mujhe Apni daayen jaanib kar liya aur paanch (5) rika’at padhen. Uske baad do (2) rika’at (Sunnat-e-Fajr) ada kiye. Phir so gaye, yahan tak ke maine Aapke kharaate bharne ki awaaz suni. Phir (subah ki) namaz ke liye baahar tashreef le gaye.

(42) BAAB : ILMI BAATON KO YAAD RAKHNA

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Log kahte hain : Abu Hurairah ne bahut ahadees bayaan ki hain. Agar Kitaab-ullah mein do (2) aayaten na hoti to mai ek bhi hadees bayaan na karta. Phir unhone ne un do (2) aayaat ko tilawat kiya : “Jo log chhupaate hain un khuli nishaniyon aur hidayat ki baaton ko jo humne naazil kiye…….” Al-Raheem tak. Beshak hamare muhajir bhaiyon ko bazaar mein khareed-o-forokht ka shagl rahta tha aur hamare ansaar bhai amwaal-o-zara’at ke shagl mein lage rahte the lekin Abu Hurairah to apna pet bharne ke liye Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas maujood rahta tha aur aise mauqe par haazir rahta jahan log haazir na rahte aur wo baat yaad kar leta jo dusre log yaad na kar sakte the.

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Maine arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Mai Aapse bahut si hadeesen sunta hun lekin bhool jaata hun. Aapne farmaya : “Apni chaadar phailaao.” Maine chaadar phailaayi to Aapne apne dono haathon se chullu sa banaya (aur chaadar mein daal diya), phir farmaya : “Ise apne upar lapet lo.” Maine ise lapet liya, uske baad mai koi cheez nahi bhoola.

Ibraheem bin Munzar ne bhi Abu Fudeek ke tariqe se Ibn-e-Abi Zaib se yeh riwayat baayan ki hai, albatta us mein (غرف بیدیہ) ki jagah (غرف بیدیہ فیہ) ke alfaaz hain.

۞ Hazrat Abu Hurairah r.a. se hi riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Maine Rasool Allah ﷺ se (ilm se) do (2) zarf (bartan) yaad kiye. In mein se ek to maine zaahir kar diya hai. Agar dusre ko bhi zaahir kar dun to mera yeh gala kaat diya jaaye.

(43) BAAB : ULEMA KI BAATEN SUNNE KE LIYE KHAMOSH RAHNA

۞ Hazrat Jareer bin Abdullah r.a. se riwayat hai ke Nabi ﷺ ne Hajjatul wida ke mauqe par inse farmaya : “Logon ko khamosh karaao.” Uske baad Aapne farmaya : “Aye logo ! Mere baad ek dusre ki gardane maar kar, phir kaafir na ban jaana.”

(44) BAAB : JAB AALIM SE POOCHA JAAYE KE LOGON MEIN KOUN ZYADA JAANNE WALA HAI ? TO BEHTAR HAI KE WO APNE ILM KO ALLAH KE HAWALE KARDE, YAANI (اللّه اعلم) KAHDE.

۞ Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine Hazrat Ibn-e-Abbas r.a. se arz kiya : Nof Bakaali yeh kahta hai ke Musa, Musa Bani Israel nahi the balke wo koi aur Musa the. Unhone farmaya : Galat kahta hai Allah ka dushman. Farmaya : Hazrat Abi bin Ka’ab r.a. se riwayat hai, Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Allah ke Nabi Musa a.s. ek din Bani Israel mein khutba dene ke liye khade huye to unse poocha gaya : Sab logon mein bada aalim koun hai ? Unhone farmaya : Mai sabse bada aalim hun. Allah ne un par aetaab farmaya kyunki unhone ilm ko Allah ke hawale na kiya. Phir Allah ne un par wahi bheji ke mere bando mein ek banda, do (2) darya’on ke milne ki jagah par, aisa hai jo tujhse zyada ilm rakhta hai. Musa a.s. ne kaha : Aye Parwardigaar ! Meri unse kyun kar mulaqaat hogi ? Hukm hua : Ek machhli ko thaile mein rakho. Jahan wo ghum ho jaaye, wahi uska thikana hai. Phir Musa a.s. rawaana huye aur unka khaadim Yusha bin Noon bhi saath tha. Un dono ne ek machhli ko thaile mein rakh liya. Jab ek patthar ke paas pahuche to dono apne sar is par rakh kar so gaye. Us dauraan machhli thaile se nikal kar darya mein chali gayi jisse Hazrat Musa a.s. aur unke khaadim ko ta’ajjub hua. Phir dono baqia din aur ek raat chalte rahe. Subah ko Musa a.s. ne apne khaadim se kaha : Naasta laao ! Hum to is safar se thak gaye hain. Musa jab tak us jagah se aage nahi nikal gaye jiska unhe hukm diya gaya tha, us waqt tak unhone kuch thakawat mahsoos na ki. Us waqt unke khaadim ne kaha : Kya Aapne dekha ke jab hum patthar ke paas baithe the to machhli (nikal bhaagi thi aur mai uska zikr karna) bhool gaya. Musa a.s. ne kaha : Hum to iske talaash mein the. Aakhir wo dono khoj lagate huye apne paaon ke nishaano par waapas laute. Jab us patthar ke paas pahuche to dekha ke ek aadmi kapda lapete huye ya apne kapde mein lipta hua hai. Musa a.s. ne use salaam kiya. Hazrat Khizr ne kaha : Tere mulk mein salaam kaha se aaya ? Hazrat Musa a.s. ne kaha : (Mai yahan ka rahne wala nahi hun balke) Mai Musa hun. Hazrat Khizr a.s. ne kaha : Kya Bani Israel ke Musa ho ? Unhone kaha : Haan. Phir Hazrat Musa a.s. ne kaha : Kya mai is umeed par tumhare humraah ho jaaun jo kuch hidayat ki tumhe taaleem di gayi hai, wo mujhe bhi sikha doge. Hazrat Khizr a.s. ne kaha : Tum mere saath rah kar sabr nahi kar sakoge. Musa ! baat darasal yeh hai ke Allah Ta’ala ne ek (qism ka) ilm mujhe diya hai jo tumhare paas nahi hai aur tumko ek qism ka ilm diya hai jo mere paas nahi hai. Hazrat Musa a.s. ne kaha : In shaa Allah tum mujhe saabir paaoge aur mai kisi kaam mein Aapki na-farmaani nahi karunga. Phir wo dono samundar ke kinaare chale, unke paas koi kashti na thi, itne mein ek kashti guzri, unhone kashti walon se kaha : Hume sawaar karlo. Hazrat Khizr a.s. pahchaan liye gaye, isliye kashti walon ne ba-ghair izazat ke baitha liya. Itne mein ek chirya aayi aur kashti ke kinaare baith kar usne samundar mein ek do (1-2) chonch maari. Hazrat Khizr a.s. goya huye : Aye Musa ! Mere aur tumhare ilm ne Allah ke ilm se sirf chirya ki chonch ki ba-qadr hissa liya hai. Phir Hazrat Khizr a.s. ne kashti ke takhton mein se ek takhta ukhaar daala. Hazrat Musa a.s. kahne lage : In logon ne to hame ba-ghair kiraaye ke sawaar kiya aur Aapne yeh kaam kiya ke inki kashti mein chhed kar daala taake Ahl-e-Kashti ko garq kardo. Hazrat Khizr a.s. ne farmaya : Kya maine na kah diya tha ke tum mere saath rah kar sabr nahi kar sakoge. Musa ne jawaab diya : Meri bhool chook par muakhza na karen. (Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya 🙂 Musa ka yeh pahla aeteraaz bhool ki wajah se tha. Phir dono (kashti se utar kar) chale, ek Iadka mila jo dusre ladko se khel raha tha. Khizr ne uska sar pakar kar alag kar diya. Musa ne kaha : Aapne ek masoom jaan ko na-haqq qatl kiya. Khizr ne kaha : Maine aapse nahi kaha tha ke aapse mere saath sabr nahi ho sakega ?” Ibn-e-Uyaina ne kaha : Yeh zyada taaqeedi alfaaz hain (kyunki is mein لک ka izafa hai.) “Phir dono chalte chalte ek gaaon ke paas pahuche. Wahan ke baashindon se inhone khana maanga to unhone inki mehmani karne se saaf inkaar kar diya. Isi dauraan mein dono ne ek diwaar dekhi jo girne ke qareeb thi. Hazrat Khizr ne use apne haath se sahara de kar sidha kar diya. Hazrat Musa a.s. ne kaha : Agar tum chahte to is par ujrat le lete ? Hazrat Khizr bole : Bas yahan se hamare tumhare darmiyaan judaayi ki ghadi aa pahuchi.” Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Allah Ta’ala Musa a.s. par raham farmaye ! Hum chahte the, kaash Musa sabr karte to unke aur halaat bhi humse bayaan kiye jaate.”

(45) BAAB : JO AALIM BAITHA HO, US SE KHADE KHADE SAWAAL KARNA

۞ Hazrat Abu Musa Ash’ari r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein ek shakhs aaya aur poochne laga : Ya Rasool Allah ! Allah ki raah mein ladna kise kahte hain ? Kyunki hum mein se koi gusse ki wajah se ladta hai aur koi hamiat ke sabab jung karta hai. Rasool Allah ﷺ ne uske taraf apna Sar-e-Mubarak uthaaya. Abu Musa kahte hain : Aapne apna Sar-e-Mubarak isliye uthaaya tha ke wo khada tha. Phir Aapne farmaya : “Jo shakhs isliye lade ke Allah ka bol bala ho to aisi ladayi Allah Azza-wa-jal ki raah mein hai.”

(46) BAAB : RAMEE JEMAAR KE WAQT SAWAAL KARNA AUR FATWA DENA

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Maine Nabi ﷺ ko jamre ke qareeb baayen haalat dekha ke Aapse sawalaat kiye jaa rahe hain, chunanche ek shakhs ne kaha : Ya Rasool Allah ! Maine ramee se pahle qurbani karli hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Ab ramee karlo, koi harj nahi.” Dusre ne daryaaft kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Maine qurbani se pahle sar mundwa liya hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Ab qurbani karlo, koi harj nahi.” Al-gharz kisi bhi cheez ki Taqdeem-o-takheer ke muta’alliq sawaal kiya gaya to Aapne uska jawaab diya : “Ab karlo, koi harj nahi.”

(47) BAAB : IRSHAD-E-BAARI TA’ALA : “TUMHE SIRF THORA SA ILM DIYA GAYA HAI” KI TAFSEER

۞ Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood r.a. se riwayat hai : Mai Nabi ﷺ ke saath madine ke wiraane mein chal raha tha aur Aap khajoor ki chhari ke sahare chal rahe the. Raaste mein chand yahoodiyon ke paas se guzar hua. Unhone aapas mein kaha : Inse rooh ke muta’alliq sawaal karo. Un mein se ek ne kaha : Tum inse aisa sawaal na karo ke jiske jawaab mein wo tumhe aisi baat kahen jo tumhe na-gawaar guzre. Ba’az ne kaha : Hum to zaroor poochenge. Aakhir un mein se ek shakhs khada hua aur kahne laga : Aye Abu Qaasim ! Rooh kya cheez hai ? Aap khamosh rahe. Maine (dil mein) kaha ke aap par wahi utar rahi hai, chunanche mai khada ho gaya. Jab wahi ki kaifiyat khatm ho gayi to Aapne yeh aayat tilawat ki : “(Aye Paighambar !) Yeh log Aapse rooh ke muta’alliq poochte hain, kahdo ke rooh mere maalik ka hukm hai, aur unhe bahut kam ilm ata kiya gaya hai.”
Imaam Aamash ne kaha ke hamari qira’at mein aisa (ba-segha ghaib) hi hai.

(48) BAAB : ANDESHA KOTAAH FAHMI KE PESH-E-NAZAR KUCH PASANDIDA CHEEZEN TARK KAR DENA TAAKE LOG KISI SANGEEN GALATI MEIN MUBTALA NA HO JAAYEN

۞ Hazrat Asood se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Mujhse Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair r.a. ne farmaya : Hazrat Ayesha r.a. tujhse bahut raaz ki baaten farmaya karti thi to kaabe ke muta’alliq unhone tujhse kya hadees bayaan ki hai ? Maine kaha : Mujhse unhone yeh kaha tha : Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya : “Aye Ayesha ! Agar teri qaum ke logon ka zamana qareeb na hota……. Ibn-e-Zubair ne kaha : Yaani kufr (jahiliyat) ke qareeb na hota (naye naye islam mein dakhil na huye hote)……. To mai kaabe ki is taameer ko munhadim kar deta aur iske do (2) darwaaje bana deta : Ek se log dakhil hote aur dusre se nikal jaate.” Chunanche Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Zubair r.a. ne (apne daur-e-hukumat mein) aisa hi kar diya.

(49) BAAB : ILMI BAATEN KUCH LOGON KO BATLAANA AUR KUCH KO NA BATLAANA, IS ANDESHE SE KE WO SAMAJH NAHI PAAYEN GE

Hazrat Ali r.a. ne farmaya : Logon ke saamne aisi baaten bayaan karo jinhe wo pahchaante hain, kya tum chahte ho ke Allah aur uske Rasool ki takzeeb ki jaaye ?

۞ Hazrat Abu Tufail se riwayat hai, wo Hazrat Ali r.a. se yahi irshad bayaan karte hain.

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Ek dafa Hazrat Ma’az r.a. ne Rasool Allah ﷺ ke humraah sawaari par pichhe baithe the, Aapne farmaya : “Aye Ma’az Ibn-e-Jabal !” Unhone arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Sa’adat mandi ke saath haazir hun. Phir Aapne farmaya : “Aye Ma’az !” Unhone phir arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Mai haazir hun. Teen (3) martaba aisa hua. Phir Aapne farmaya : “Jo koi sachche dil se yeh gawaahi de ke Allah ke siwa koi Mabood-e-Haqeeqi nahi aur Muhammad (ﷺ) uske Rasool hain to Allah us par dojakh ki aag haraam kar deta hai.” Hazrat Ma’az ne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Kya mai logon mein iski tash’heer na kar dun taake wo khush ho jaayen ? Aapne farmaya : “Aisa karega to unhe isi baat par bharosa ho jaayega.” Phir Hazrat Ma’az r.a. ne (apni wafaat ke qareeb, kitmaan-e-ilm ke) gunaah se bachne ke liye yeh hadees logon ko bayaan ki.

۞ Hazrat Anas r.a. hi se riwayat hai, unhone kaha : Mujhse bayaan kiya gaya ke ek martaba Nabi ﷺ ne Hazrat Ma’az Ibn-e-Jabal r.a. se farmaya : “Jo shakhs Allah se baayen haalat mein milega ke usne Allah ke saath kisi ko shareek nahi kiya hoga to wo yaqeenan jannat mein daakhil hoga.” Hazrat Ma’az bole : Ya Rasool Allah ! Kya mai logon ko is baat ki basharat na suna dun ? Aapne farmaya : “Nahi, mujhe andesha hai ke log is par bharosa kar baithenge.”

(50) BAAB : ILM KE LIYE SHARM SE KAAM LENA (DURUST NAHI)

Hazrat Mujahid kahte hain : Haya karne wala aur takabbur karne wala ilm haasil nahi kar sakta. Hazrat Ayesha r.a. farmati hain : Ansaar ki auraten kya khoob hai, inhe deen mein samajh haasil karne mein sharm daaman-e-geer nahi hoti.

۞ Hazrat Umm-e-Salma r.a. se riwayat hai, Umm-e-Saleem r.a. Rasool Allah ﷺ ke paas aayi aur arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Allah Ta’ala haqq baat bayaan karne se nahi sharmata, kya aurat ko bhi ehtelaam ho to use ghusl karna chahiye ? Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Haan, jabke (apne kapde par) paani dekhe.” Umm-e-Salma r.a. ne (sharm se) apna muh chhupa liya aur arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Kya aurat ko bhi ehtelaam hota hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Haan, tere haath khaak aalood ho, phir bachche ki surat maa se kyun kar milti hai ?”

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, Rasool Allah ﷺ ne farmaya : “Darakhton mein ek darakht aisa hai jiske patte nahi jharte. Uski shaan musalmaano ki tarah hai. Batao wo koun sa darakht hai ?” Yeh sunn kar logon ke khayalaat jungle ke darakhton ki taraf gayi, lekin mere zehan mein yeh aaya ke wo khajoor ka darakht hai. Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar farmate hain : (Lekin) Mujhe sharm geer ho gayi. Logon ne arz kiya : Ya Rasool Allah ! Aap hi bataiye wo koun sa darakht hai ? Aapne farmaya : “Wo khajoor ka darakht hai.” Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. kahte hain : Maine Apne waalid-e-giraami (Harzat Umar r.a.) se wo baat bayaan ki jo mere dil mein aayi thi to unhone kaha : Kaash ! Tumne yeh baat kah di hoti to yeh mere liye badi daulat hoti.

(51) BAAB : SHARM KI WAJAH SE DUSRON KE ZARIYE SE MASLA DARYAAFT KARNA

۞ Hazrat Ali r.a. se riwayat hai, unhone farmaya : Meri mazi bahut nikla karti thi. Maine Hazrat Miqdaar r.a. se kaha ke wo Nabi ﷺ se iska hukm poochen, chunanche unhone daryaaft kiya to Aapne farmaya : “Mazi ke liye wajoo karna chahiye.”

(52) BAAB : MASJID MEIN ILM KI BAATEN KARNA AUR FATWA DENA

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, ek shakhs masjid mein khada hua aur kahne laga : Ya Rasool Allah ! Aap hume kis maqaam se ehraam baandhne ka hukm dete hain ? Aapne farmaya : “Ahl-e-Madina Zul Halifa se, Shaam ke log Juhfa se aur Najad ke bashinde Qarn se ehraam baandhe.” Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar r.a. ne kaha : Log kahte hain : Rasool Allah ﷺ ne yeh bhi farmaya : “Yaman wale Yalamlam se ehraam baandhe.” Hazrat Ibn-e-Umar r.a. kaha karte the : Mai Rasool Allah ﷺ se yeh (aakhiri) baat achchi tarah samajh nahi saka.

(53) BAAB : SAWAAL SE ZYADA JAWAAB DENE KA BAYAAN

۞ Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar r.a. se riwayat hai, Nabi ﷺ se ek shakhs ne poocha : Jo shakhs ehraam baandhe wo kya pahne ? Aapne farmaya : “Na kurta, na pagdi, na pajaama, na topi aur na wo kapra jisme wars ya zaafraan lagi ho. Aur agar juti na ho to moze pahan le aur inhe upar se kaat le taake wo thakno se niche ho jaayen.”
